Shouldn't Apple take responsibility for their false representation? I read so many reviews and I am not the only cyclist who's lost one of the buds while riding. They just fall off! They are supposed to be sweat proof, and I profusely did the tip and bud size test BEFORE buying them in the store! The salesman was very good, generous in his time and listened to my needs extremely well. But he just repeated the marketing pitch of safely fitting in the ear. They are extremely comfortable and the sound is amazing, but NO, they are not made for FITNESS!
Apple is a huge corporation, don't you think that they should take responsibility for commercial lies… or mistakes?
Plus, I tried finding it on the road where I was biking with the sound ringing in the Find My system; and although I specifically selected the left one to ring, the right bud was still ringing! Ergo I wasn't able to locate the left fallen bud.
Even if I bought a new left one, the purpose of this purchase was to be able to get some security with audio while I ride on a long tour of 1000 km.
If the words used to market that product would not have been: for FIT, Secure, special fitting tip that bends in your ear and sweat resistant, I would have bought the less comfortable ones that go around the ear AND that carry the same name: Beats FiT PRO.
So having taken all the precautions to buy a quality product that complies with the fitness needs, and so many people having lost their buds because they fell during their exercices, don't you thing that Apple should take some human responsibility towards their clients\believers? Or can that beautiful company just get away by screwing us? Is there a way to get some true support for this situation that seems very common?!
