I needed a small timer knob for a 32-year old Whirlpool wall oven. This business actually had it, new and OEM. There was a full parts diagram for the oven so I could make sure it was the right part. Was shipped in under 24 hours after I placed the order. Shipping was kind of glacial - one week to go 270 miles, but that was more due to FedEx. Packaging was appropriate, and the part is now installed (no instructions were necessary). Positive all around. One exception: shipping charge of $11 was high, given the slow shipping. So I knocked off a star. But I would probably buy from them again. I guess it does cost a lot to maintain a big inventory of obsolete parts.
They shipped me the wrong part. I returned it and then I had to swallow the shipping to and from. I'll never use this company again. They literally made money off me when it was them that screwed up!

Refusing to honor return policy
I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one.

I'm so sorry for the issue with your order. You have sent more than one review regarding the issue with this order. After you purchased the part back on 2/20/24, you emailed us several times asking about the installation of this part. I replied to those emails and in the emails you advised not once but twice that you installed the part. We assisted you with the installation via email and never heard back from you after 2/29/24. A return was set up on this order and the part was returned to the warehouse. Once the part was at the warehouse it was inspected and the return was rejected because the part showed signs of installation. Our return policy does state that we have a 365-day return policy, however, our return policy also states you can return any part for refund within that timeframe that has not been installed or shows signs of installation. You mentioned to us by email the part was installed thus the return was rejected.
On 5/7 I replied to your complaint and on 5/9 my colleague also replied to your complaint. In both emails we stated the part was returned to our Cleveland warehouse and if you wanted the part back, to be inspected by other professionals, you would need to contact us at 877-477-7278 and buy a return prepaid shipping label for $12.25. The part is on hold at our Cleveland location until 5/31/24, after which it will be disposed of.
We have emailed you many times explaining why we can't refund your part and I myself have called. On behalf of appliancepartspros.com I am sorry and wish to apologize for any confusion.

I ordered a drawer for my Kenmore fridge from this company. Although it was on back order they stayed in touch and informed me when it shipped a few weeks later—turned out that I ordered the wrong part. My fault. I should have let them help me order it. Anyway, I emailed Matt at Customer Service and he helped me find the correct part and advised me on how to return the wrong part. I talked to Crystal in Customer Service and she sold me a return label for $12.25 that would have otherwise cost me around $90 to ship back. I ordered a burner element for my Samsung glass top stove. When we got it, and installed it, it didn't work.
I called Appliance Parts Pros and explained everything.
They were so helpful and so patient, went through the whole order, reviewed and confirmed I ordered the correct part, but likely needed another part (switch) to make it work.

I live about 3 hours from the part source. They "shipped" last friday. Monday was a holiday. It is now wednesday, and one part still says "shipping label prepared". The other part went from louisville to indy overnite. (I live in tennessee.). That part went from indy to georgia. (I still live in Tennessee) now, I really don't know when if ever, i will receive these two parts, but I surely will order from a giant distributor that starts with an AM... next time. Free shipping and about a third the price. If you order from appliance pro, you had better pay for expedited delivery or suffer the consequences. Or..

I ordered a part for my Samsung dishwasher on Thursday evening. According to their policy, it should have shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. The shipping label was indeed printed on Friday morning. My item didn't ship until Monday. Not having a working dishwasher is frustrating. When you have seven kids and are hand washing dishes for five days, it is very frustrating.

Don't buy products from this place. They sold me a defective dryer timer. When I returned the unit, they informed me that they would not be giving me a refund because it was installed. When the dryer timer was installed it caused my dryer to heat up when it was in the off position. I will never buy a product from here again.

I am sorry the timer was defective. Our parts do have a 1-year warranty on them. Since this was returned to our warehouse and they found it to be installed, they have disposed of this. We will get you a refund for the timer in the amount of $160.01 and for the shipping of $11.72.

Ordered a part for a stove on 12/29/30. Webpage says part will be shipped out tomorrow. It is now a week later and I still don't have any movement to the tracking number they gave me. They did say the problem was the holidays. However, it has been A WEEK! What kind of holiday go they get? Just checked again Jan 5,2021, 3:56 pm Pacific Time, same status, 'Label Created'.

The Samsung refrigerator's freezer door cams had cracked to pieces! The warehouse did not ship in a box and the first item was chipped. I contacted their Customer Service and they quickly resolved the issue and shipped another with special instructions. Love their install videos too.

I purchased a part for my refrigerator. It cost about $130 plus shipping. They sent the wrong part. I returned the part in perfect condition, same packaging, never used or even taken completely out of the box and I paid for shipping. After several weeks of waiting for my refund, they only credited me $25. Not what I call good customer service. Just be aware that their return policy is not user friendly.
We broke both vegetable drawers in our refrigerator which was several years old. I really had no hope of replacing them but tried AppliancePartsPros since we needed them to get our house ready for sale. I found EXACTLY what I needed. The site was easy to use. The replacement drawers came in a timely manner, were packed well, and fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

Not only did their website give me confidence I was picking out the right part for my washer, the excellent video instructions made the repair much easier. Replaced belts on washer but problem persisted. Had to replace the motor - now working fine. Parts were ordered with expedited delivery and they did arrive quicker than I expected. Ordered a new door hinge for my whirlpool refrigerator using the model number lookup tool the part was 22 and the shipping was 17 which is outrageous but the reviews suggested them over others I received the product and it was incorrect so I called customer service and requested an exchange not only can they not do an exchange their only remedy to this situation is for me to pay the shipping to have it sent back then start a whole new order and pay another exorbitant shipping fee to revive another more expensive part that "might work" and they can't compensate me for any of these shipping cost. All in all I estimate I'll pay a total of 51 dollars in shipping for a 26 dollar part.

I have a 48 inch DCS range and hood in my great room. The fan regulator broke so the fan was always on high and very loud. I found the model on Appliance Pro's and bought the regulator. I watched the video on the website. I actually changed to regulator in about 30 minutes with a screwdriver. It was pretty simple. I figured it would have cost at least $300 to have the local appliance store do the repair. Thanks for all your expert instructions!

I purchased a gasket for my refrigerator door. It was over $130, plus shipping. When I put it on, it didn't hold the door closed (and it was so badly made it tore at places). I called support, and they sent out a new one plus emailed me a postage paid return label. The new one was just as bad - I made a video of how poorly it worked. It was unusable. I asked for refund. They gave me a full refund, including shipping, within one day.
No excuses, no delays. They didn't make the gasket, they just sold it. I will definitely buy future parts from them, if needed.

I had to order my parts twice. They have a refund policy, however, you are going to need to pay for shipping, and they have NO grace in their customer service about that policy. I did everything right on the website to identify my washer and get the right part, but it wasn't. A phone call to customer service got me the right one on the second try. The video instructions are incredible. But I was pretty ticked off about paying for return shipping, when I already was paying a HUGE premium price to get the part I needed. The videos are great, they're almost perfect. But they need to take a hair of responsibility if their website leads me to the wrong part, too. Will I be back? Probably. Will I use the website? Probably not. They can spend their money on paying their customer service reps to work with me.

Future buyers, beware. If you decide to return a part you purchased for whatever reason, you will NOT be refunded the full amount you paid up front. I guess I overlooked that part in their return policy. I was refunded the purchase amount minus shipping and handling. I am not sure what kind of policy this company adheres to when I had to pay to ship the part back to the company, about $30 out of pocket, (I believe I handled the part as well), and they still take out shipping and handling costs.
I am not sure what to call this practice: ripping-off the customer or scamming the customer.
The frame that holds the crispers finally got brittle and broke. It also held a glass shelf so it made about a third of the fridge rather useless. I found this appliance parts place on the internet and began my search for a replacement. After I found it, I immediately ordered the part and it fit perfectly! I reinstalled the part, put the glass back in and felt like I'd won the jackpot. The price was reasonable and the service quick. I don't want to have to use them again but if I need to, I won't look anywhere else. Thank you!
