Approxen

We have our project to these to deliver an app - they said it would be ready in a period no longer than 3 months - we signed off the contract in Nov and the app was delivered later in September. Delays are understandable to a certain extent however delays with errors is the real issue.

We revived our app after paying the FULL amount. App was full of bugs and kept crashing so obviously we couldn't go live with it as it wasn't user friendly. When we asked them to fix it, they failed to do so because I don't think they knew how. Now every app developers we go to with the app codes refuse to resolve the bug issues because the coding approxen did was too complex and no one is accepting to take it on the way it is.

Mind you, their prices are not cheap either.

Finally, communication! It's really hard to reach the person in Dubai during the day and the problem is you wouldn't have any other person to talk to because this guy has a team who work in India and he is running a one man show. He even decided to travel a few times without giving us (his clients) heads up so we know not to expect a reply to emails.

All I want to say is be careful - we had an amazing app concept in mind, we put all our hopes and money init and the only reason or failed is because approxen failed to execute a normal running app like they were paid to do so.
