Have a small bed n breakfast, was recommend aquabliss from a friend who says they supplied goods for the hotel she works at which is a large company hotel indigo so was pleasantly surprised by the prices. I didn't buy the most expensive items and was so amazed by the actual quality. I bought a cheap walk in shower of their website. What arrived was a really good quality stone tray which is a really modem slim one ( recommend you phone as they changed my waste trap postion free of charge) and lovely shower cubicle, which again seems really good, sturdy and finished nicely, nothing cheap or plastic. Delivery service i was given the time the night before. Nice polite driver. Helped my husband carry all the goods round the back of the building. Had no issues at all. Everyone seems really helpful on the phone although sound very busy as you can hear phones ringing constantly. Quality 5star Price 5star and Staff 5star

The website was easy to use finding what I wanted straight away with alternatives given. Ordering online took a few minutes and was very simple. Delivery took under a week and by a very helpful courier.

No customer service or aftersales service, Liquidated company at the same address, check companies house.
Worse company I have ever dealt with.

Website was really easy to navigate and found what we were looking for quickly. Communication was excellent with a very swift response. Product was exactly as described and I was very happy with my purchase.

I bought a basin trap from Aquabliss. It was exactly what I wanted for a good price. My plumber eventually came to fit it while I was at work but the pipe work that came with it was too big for the trap and didn't fit. As the plumber was just booked for a day he had to go out and get another trap. This made the Aquabliss trap redundant so I contacted Aquabliss to see if I can get my money back but so far they have refused to give me a refund even though the pipe that supplied with it was too small. I sent it back to them so they could check it. Now they're telling me it's not in a re-saleable condition, the irony being that it wasn't in a useable condition when I received it originally!

This is the first online retailer I've had this experience with, most knowing that customer service leads to more sales. These guys haven't got a clue.

The service was great from placing our order on line to the delivery. We were able to track our order and it was delivered on day given and within the time. Now we are looking at a new bathroom, will defiantly be looking at aquabliss

Really pleased I purchased my new bathroom from here, the customer service team was helpful and lovely as well. They seem to akways work their best to sort a problem out, as I had small problem with delivery however they sorted it quickly and I was pleased with how they managed to sort the situation. Definitely recommend this company!

Still have our money after 3 months. Broken goods where collects nearly 3 months ago by aquabliss. Nothing but attitude and abuse from the woman in customer service. Reviews everywhere are bad for this group and it's probably all caused by the one woman with the attitude. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered furniture from the motiv range, was well priced and alot better quality than I expected, really well made and looks fantastic in my bathroom. Will now be ordered more products off aquabliss as the quality is excellent.

I ordered a bath panel from these guys. Day 8 still no sign of item. I call them and they say that delivery company will deliver the next day. I call the next day to check and been told that item has been damaged. It will come the next day. This day comes, at 10am I call them and they tell me that the delivery man was there at 9.30 am but I was not at home. I most certainly was. I called the customer service dept ( who didn't give a damn really) and they said that if I wanted to cancel I would still need to pay for the delivery. Finally on the 3 rd day my item arrived.

This was the first and last time that I will use this company. Once they get your money; screw the customer.

Used these guys for around 7 years and always recomend them to my customers. Easy to install. Very high quality. Cheapest prices ive found on the net. Customer service team friendly funny bunch although sound very busy. You can hear phones constantly ringing in background. Always managed to get spares new seals door runners and stuff easy. Good technical knowledge so don't have to get intouch with manufacters and passed around. Delivery service is a bit hit and miss. They seem to use three different couriers depending on how much you order. But can get the times the driver's are due on day so not sat about waiting. Top service

I've been a plumber for 25 years. Used all the online companies and this is honestly the one I recommend. Everything one the website is British suppliers so brill for getting spare FREE spares really quick. Technically these guys n girls know their stuff. Deliveries are hit n miss but they don't have their own vehicles. Thsy have a couple of couriers so what id say in a rush go for the pallet company's all though most of drivers dump n go, if you want a weekend or evening ask for c45 but they take longer. If you want it carried into a customer house don't mind stoping in for the day and best drivers being polite n taking care ( One I go for) ask for stop start. Never had an issue with these and used them now for several years. Don't usually leave reviews but think half of these are false and give company bad name so thought it was only right I stick up for them. Small company, British brands, good technical team, easy for spares in future. I'll keep recommend you.

We ordered a high level cistern and were sent a cistern that didn't fit the down pipe unless a block of wood was put between the wall and the cistern. Aquabliss were not helpful and argued with us over the issue. We were sent another cistern that was exactly the same as the first. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't use them again.

Great service it was the 1st time in had used this company so was a little worried shouldn't have been the product was first class as was the customer service on the phone and the driver who dropped it off highly recommend

They sell damaged goods and then refuse to refund you, They sent us a cracked shower tray and despite sending them all the photographic evidence they asked for, they still refused to refund us. The shower tray was delivered on a Thursday and it was reported to them (in a reasonable amount of time) as damaged when the packing was removed on the Monday. The crack wasn't visible until the packaging was removed. A complete rip-off.

After them messing up a collection/deliver address to swap over an item they A) wanted £106 delivery THEN wanted another £104 because they shipped it to the wrong depot.

Their 'contracted' delivery company is a mess, they can't be relied upon and will fail to deliver at the time specified - if at all. The whole experience left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and hopefully a few people will read this and save themselves the agony.

You get what you pay for in this case - cowboys.

I was let down by my local bathroom company and needed a full bathroom suite ASAP, Aquabliss delivered within a couple of days and the products are quality.
Also saved money as were a fraction of the price of my local bathroom company

Ordered my bath for next day delivery last Thursday - heard nothing, no confirmation email, just nothing. Phoned the company and reordered the bath over the phone, told delivery would be on Monday... Monday came and went, phoned them on Tuesday - apparently the pallets had collapsed and my bath was damaged. Heard nothing else about when they could deliver until I phoned them on Wednesday. Was then offered Thursday or Friday delivery - I chose Thursday. At 5pm, I phoned them again - they apparently spoke to the delivery service and I was assured that the bath would be with me between 6 & 8pm. Nothing arrived... I phoned them again on Friday and was told that the pallets had collapsed and my bath was damaged - the odd thing was that the customer service person didn't think that strange! I've now cancelled the bath - I've been promised a full refund, including the delivery charge HA HA. Absolutely furious at what can only be their lies.

The advisor (Suzi) was excellent, she was helpful and knowledgeable, she advised me on the best product to fit in with my needs. I had ordered a shower enclosure from a different company, along with a shower try, the item didn't fit, so I had to order from Aquabliss, I wish I'd placed the full order with bliss because I am still having issues with other products from the other company.
