Excellent customer service, even after I queried the price. Arrived a day latter than promised, but guess that's to be expected at the moment. No breakages, well packaged. Looks stunning now it's all fitted.
This is an appalling company that ought to be shut down. Happy to take your money, but then do not provide the goods and lie consistently about when they are coming. Customer service simply do not care, neither does the operational manager - so no hope really. A total con. Very simple advice - AVOID!

Just purchased a new walk-in shower plus tray, fittings, super toughened glass, shower seat, a loo plus two illuminated anti-mist mirrors and a roll of under floor heating element with all the bits included.
This would have been a five star rating but for a slight problem with delivery delays. But my experience was of a charming team who helped sort it out. Everything is now here and unbroken. If my experience is anything to go by, then I'd allow a bit of extra time from order to delivery.
I initially only read the reviews on this company after I had ordered and paid for everything. So, I was then worried. But my experience has been very different, and in particular, thanks to their member of staff Susannah. Thank you.
Aquabliss 5 stars on price service and quality. Logistics let them down. To be fair aquabliss sorted it all. Delivery company said they were coming on a Friday morning didn't show up, then said they didn't have my goods even though they said they were delivering. Then told no they had damaged an item. Rang up aquabliss. Spoke to a lovely lady. Sent out new pallet worth off goods on next day service with different courier. Refunded my delivery cost and sent me a discount code for future orders which has no terms or conditions. The goods really are more impressive then photos and for two bathrooms and under 1000 I'm more than satisfied.
Please please do not buy from this company - if you have received the same shocking service as I have please report to trading standards and, as will probably be necessary, issue a small claim. It is not extreme to say they are now thieves and should not be allowed to continue to trade. Shower and tray worth £350 returned as agreed via their courier in July. Still no refund. Absolute blatant lies on the phone and no email or letters responded too.
I have just read another review identical to what happened to me. Bought a shower tray - had it delivered, did not take the packaging off for a few days until the bathroom fitter was ready to use it and then discovered a huge crack across the bottom - unusable. Aquabliss refuse to refund the money saving we did not check it within a reasonable time. They've said they will replace it - but only if we pay for the replacement! They know exactly what they're doing - as the other reviewer said - sending out damaged goods and then refusing to refund or replace. Despicable.
If you are fool enough to order from this outfit, then be prepared to be embarrassed at how useless they are.

My experience was wrong/missing items, being lied to about delivery days/time, endless blaming of the courier(s), extended delay, and being lied to and dismissed in both phone calls and emails.

Customer Service team are full of false promises and blatant lies. They don't process orders, they don't call you back, they accuse you of not having funds to support the transaction, when it is clear they have not processed it. They have no idea about talking to customers, they would sooner shout at them. Don't trade with them it will be the worst mistake you ever make. The delivery service (joke) is a white van man service who obviously throws everything into a van rather than pack it - don't try and get a replacement part thats faulty - be easier swimming in treacle.
First they sent a toilet that leaked. Then they sent the wrong shower tray.
Then the replacement toilet was fitted was fine for 10+ hours and then overnight the cheap plastic bolts slipped connecting the cistern and the cistern leaked continually during an 8 hour period completely flooding my new bathroom and hall.
Aquabliss deny it was there cheap ill fitting parts fault and will not accept any liability or make any contribution towards repairing the damage.
My experienced plumber will not touch their kit again and eventually replaced most of their fittings to ensure a good fit that would not leak.
Their Customer service is disgusting, they simply take your money and do not care.
Avoid this company or you will live to regret paying good money for cheap ill fitting rubbish.
6 items ordered, 4 were incorrect it incomplete. After waiting over 2 weeks for delivery! Given the runaround. All items returned waited 2 weeks for refund to be told, they'd not received them back?! Contacted courier who informed us goods were returned the following day. They don't call you back nor return emails. Absolutely unprofessional shabby organisation who should not be trading!
If I could no stars I would, very rude customer service. Ordered a shower screen only to find that a part was missing and without it the screen is unusable. After numerous ignored emails a few calls being promised delivery dates it still hasn't turned up, called again and said that we would be reporting it to paypal only to be told "fine do that, we will report you for fraud".
Not one to complain, but this company are a joke! I paid for express delivery inside 3 working days, bath never arrived when they said. Called up and they said it was never on delivery note, would be another 2 days, then got an email obviously didn't have the guts to call me and tell me directly that it was apparently damaged in transit so it would be a further 6 days! Avoid this joke of a company!
Before ordering a bespoke cast iron radiator I checked with the company the lead time on the product and was told it would be 2-3 weeks maximum.
This was confirmed through email.
Ordered the radiator and 4 weeks past heard nothing, chased and chased the company and was told "oh it's just been delivered today to ourselves we will dispatch it next day courier at no extra charge"
Great I thought a company that liked to help, well how wrong was I.
Another week passed wrong them again an was told its been with the courier for days now so they will ring the courier to find out. Yet again the promise of a return call broker.
Next day I ring and get told it's still in manufacture, ask for a refund and get more lies. Fighting for a refund for over a week now over 20 calls later and getting nowhere had to involve PayPal who have confirmed I will receive a full refund.
Do not use this company unless you like to deal with liars and thieves!
Save yourself the hassle and dont buy anything from this company, their customer service is shocking. I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive an order and 3 different advisors have said they will sort it and call me back and they havent. How they are still trading is beyond me.
Warning: Do not use this company for anything. We ordered a shower enclosure in July which they delivered but it was the wrong size. Lots of phone calls and hassle with customer care team. They are the most unhelpful team I have come across - they all need to go on a customer care training course asap. They never get back to you, emails are never forth coming - absolute shambles of a team. Over the last 5 weeks I've spoken to Anne Marie, Jonathan, Jordan, suzie, and finally Tony who was extremely unhelpful. How this company sleeps at night is beyond me fully knowing that they are leaving consumers in an utter mess due to their incompertance. Never will we ever use this company again. - a month late in delivering ( no refund of express 3-5 day delivery charge)

THE worst company I have EVER dealt with. The customer service is appalling, the staff are rude, talk over you, don't want to help, they just want your money! I've saved a long time for a nice bathroom suite but my sink had a chip in it which they refused to do anything about. My husband and I didn't work so incredibly hard for a damaged product and no way of replacing it.
From what I've read online and on Facebook this company is run by crooks - wouldn't surprise me if the 'excellent' reviews given on here are from the company owners!

A shocking service ordered and paid fir items 2 weeks ago still no goods plumbers have had to leave the job and cant return for 3 weeks now have no bathroom now thank you very much you should not be trading.
Ordered an item I needed quickly, and paid for express delivery but it didn't arrive. Chased after waiting over a week and was told it hadn't even been shipped yet. They did agree to refund the total shipping cost for the inconvenience and late delivery but over a month later I'm still chasing the refund. They have now said they will only refund £5 of the £29.95 shipping cost! Their delivery charges are very high and I only paid as I needed the item urgently but regret this as I didn't receive the service I paid for. Also very poor practice to backtrack on the promise of a full refund. Their attitude seems to be once they have your money then they're not interested. Avoid unless you want hassle.
Would give 0 if I could. Horrible horrible customer service. They send poor quality products that are overpriced and don't look like their images online. You have to pay delivery to return and the customer service basically told me they wouldn't refund me as they would say the item was damaged anyway. Which they did. I was laughed at over the phone by the CS agent. They withhold complaint information from you and do not have a complaints procedure. I actually think they are working from a garden shed. They can't possibly get repeat customers as the whole process and service is so bad. Also the staff I feel sorry for them working in a job where they can't possible have job satisfaction, taking money and ripping people off. No product and no refund! Do not buy please! Currently taking this further.
Faulty item was delivered, customer service when we tried to return was terrible. We're now left having to return the item at our expense (Aquabliss refuse to send their courier) and having to go through Paypal for a refund as the firm have stopped answering emails.
I really wanted to appreciate your customer service. My en-suite work was just completed last week and i really enjoy your product. I was little hesitant to order in the beginning after seeing some of the reviews. But it wasn't true after purchasing. As we were renovating our house. I have 3 bathrooms and I purchased No 1 from Aqua bliss, No 2 from bath store and No 3 from better bathroom. I'm pleased to say you stand out among 3 with good customer service. I found a beautiful shower door on the AquaBliss website which was advertised as conforming to the non-standard dimensions I needed. I paid for express delivery but it arrived late, then, when the fitter got it out of the packaging (which was not labelled with the dimensions) it did not fit. When we called AquaBliss to ask for a refund they refused, and only after pursuing them relentlessly did we manage to get an inadequate £30 out of them by way of compensation. They never refunded the £29.95 for express delivery and didn't have the courtesy to respond to the many emails and phone calls we made to them about this.
Terrible company to deal with. Items missing from our order, items not fit for purpose received, customer service is outrageous and no refund given for missing items, will never use again, would not recommended and have reported to trading standards!
Searched the web for bathroom products and aquabliss came out on top for products and price. Delivery was in time allocated with phone call prior from courier. Faultless service, will be using again for future bathroom products
I am a first time home owner, I needed to put a new bathroom in my home but obviously money is tight at the moment. I was able to purchase a whole bathroom for less than £700! Brilliant. I was sceptical of the quality being that it was so reasonably priced but I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm so happy with it all. I would recommend aquabliss to everyone
Half of the delivery did not arrive. What did arrive, arrived late and was either in poor condition or the wrong size. I have spent a month trying to get a refund and still nothing. I have nothing positive to say about this company, their products or their service.
