“Really Bad at Doing Work”

It was a horrible experience to hire AquaLock. They didn't do anything in the contract according to the contract. Their customer service didn't know what was going on at the sites. They had an extremely difficult time communicating internally and with the customer. They left a gushing pipe on wet concrete. I'm going to have to hire a plumber, electrician, and another basement water proofing company. If you value your time and your money don't hire AquaLock for anything.
