They have great products and prices but make sure to use a reliable consultant who will understand what products work with your skin and will give you best price possible. I see lots of reviews about toxic... obviously after doing some research it's not true at all.
After taking their fizz drinks and their proteins shakes for over a year, I was starting to have some health issues. I do get blood draws every year, and after using Arbonne, my blood came back with lead in it, and a congested liver, and failing kidneys. I am now on seven different supplements to heal my kidneys, and my liver. This stuff is horrible and should be banned. After my blood draw, we went through my kitchen and scanned all the products to see what the culprit was. Needless to say, Arbonne came back with hazardous additives that were related to my organ issues.

Tip for consumers:
The people that sell Arbonne have no background in health. It is a clever pyramid scheme that is covered up to not be a pyramid scheme to avoid lawsuits, because products are actually being sold.

Well, let me start with the manager that works out of spring Amanda Dalrymple. Such a nasty attitude! She is just the most rudest person ever! Please do not buy anything from this place. She has to much time on her hands and she is so rude!

I was interested in some of their products but their online ordering system is clunky. Over an hour on hold for telephone service and NO response to customer service emails in 9 days. They sell this as a 'business opportunity' but basically they want you to make money for them without providing any decent level of support!
I have been with Arbonne since July. I started with the 30 days to healthy living. This is not a fad diet, it is a way to break bad eating habits and to get on track with you diet. Diet meaning what you eat in a day… I have used several different proteins all in which didn't don't agree with me, Arbonne's pea protein is not only easy to digest but taste amazing. Also, the program not only help me cut my Caffine in half, I am no longer on anxiety meds, love myself inside and out and honestly feel better in and out. Also, I am a very picky protein drinker, Arbonne has the best taste with just water! Hope this helps someone else.
Tip for consumers:
Very user friendly

Never will order from them again. Such an unprofessional deceitful company. Charged me annual fee when I wanted to order as non preferred client. Tried to cancel was on phone for almost an hour to do a simple cancellation
I shop at a completing company. I was approached by someone pitching Arbonne and I browsed their website to find out more about it.
WOW! Talk about expensive! There is no possible way that a person would shop long term with a company offering products that are DOUBLE what one could purchase at a local store.
I do know the quality of their products is no issue, but come on, don't be charging so much.
The store I shop at sells products that are just as good, if not better, but the prices are literally a fraction of what Arbonne charges.

Eco friendly cleaning products.
I have ordered products several times after our initial home show. The site is easy to navigate, and has good descriptions of the products. They also email well ahead of when my bonus dollars expire. The skin and hair care products are exceptional, and always arrive in a timely fashion.
Horrible misleading company with all sorts of False promises. Products and nice but extremely over priced and the customer service is terrible. They cancelled an order for weeks so that you miss out on advertised sakes. They never resolved the issue but pressure you to buy more. They offer a lot of false promises. They don't seem to be interested in selling products to consumers as much as getting you to recruit others into selling products so someone in the pyramid scheme can make money.
Arbonne is to be commended for taking a stand against big name manufacturers by offering products that are safer to use. They have good quality products.
The problem is that they cost twice as much as what I pay for the same quality products. I've done a product by product price comparison and found Arbonne to be way more expensive.
If given a choice between two products of equal quality and one being 50% more affordable, I think most people would make the same decision and opt for price.
For example, Arbonne toothpaste at $17 a tube. A bar of soap for $18. Really!?
Tip for consumers:
If you want great quality products, but don't want to spend a fortune on them, just don't purchase through any Multi-Level Marketing company. That business structure automatically translates to high costs.
I have literally struggled with skin and got issues my whole life and thanks to these amazing products & the simplicity of everything (I am homeschool mom of four children and don't have time for complicated) both my skin and my gut health has improved drastically. Very good product, glad I attended a presentation and found my consultant that has now become my friend!
Tip for consumers:
Do your own research on the cleanliness of these products as there is a lot of miss informing out there.

The AgeWell skin care line and the 30 days to healthy living set. I also use there foundation which is amazing.
They must be a far right conspiracy company. Many of their consultants are Q. You will watch them talk about products then all of a sudden go on a crazy baseless no facts convo about the "deep state" wayfair and Ellen. I had to stop watching which means no more purchasing for me.
Hi, I have purchased the Arbonne "Agewell" kits. The first time everything was OK. The second order arrived with two Agewell" kit sets. I ended up paying $20 to return one of the kits and the second kit had a defective product. Unfortunately I did not open the second "Agewell" kit until recently and the toning mist came out in a stream with some foam fizz. I contacted Arbonne who refused to replace the product because the 90 day period had passed. Come on guys/gals,,, your product is not that great and customer service - well, there is none. This whole mess ended up taking about 1 1/2 hours of time to talk to reps, mail back the first kit and attempt to resolve the defective product. Again, the products I use from my skin care doctor are hand-made, high quality and returns are no problem. I will never use Arbonne again. You lost a customer. Arlington, VA
Tip for consumers:
Buy locally. You will pay the same and the Arbonne products are not that great and the company is very unfriendly.

I attended a party and decided to sign up because it seemed like a doable part time job. The women I had met had super inflated the truth as I later discovered. It's a really long story that no one has time to read, but I lost good friends and family over this marketing scheme and I lost more money than I ever made. Every single person I met and every person that I invited to a party or that was my customer no longer wants anything to do with me.
I had a customer buy a ton of the face powders from me, only to find out on Christmas Day when she had given them as gifts that they were empty! The actual powder refills were sold separately and I had no idea! She said she was completely humiliated on Christmas Day. So was I! And I didn't receive any commission on that order because you don't get commission on the powder cases! Always a catch! Arbonne humiliated me and took away friends/family that I will never get back because they feel as conned as I do!
I have a faulty product. The CC cream has a split in the neck so instead of the cream dispensed via the opening, it pours out the split, rendering the product useless. I am not able to contact Customer care directly I have to use the lady I purchased it from, she contacts and they consider it then. She has to go through all her orders for an order number and find my order. What a waste of time, energy and effort. I have the product, the serial number and when returned they can review the issue. Poorest excuse for customer service.
I've purchased the products, I've become a consultant, don't waste your time or money!
Do yourself a favour and do some research into who is still apart of your consultants 'team' a year later before you fall into the trap of becoming a consultant yourself.
*******. 1% of people ever make it in this business!
My spouse wanted to try this product/program and I decided to do it too; to be supportive even though it appeared to be an obvious gimmick to me. Consequently, I quit pooping. I had to take laxatives every three days to make myself go. It took months to get regular again. I will never touch this stuff again as long as I live.
Tip for consumers:
If you value bowel movements, don’t do this program.

They suck you in, and they do not tell you certain things, such as one must buy products for themselves in order to get a (joke) of a commission check! It is not so much about selling. It is pulling people in to sell for you! Products are also extremely expensive! Who can afford $17 for toothpaste? Plus shipping? It is a ripoff and I am so happy I am done with this company! They also have been sued!
I am so disappointed! I was eager to order some lip products through an old friend who lives in another state. I ordered the intelligence lip treatment as I researched it and thought it would be very good. I ordered it along with the vanilla scrub and balm. The vanilla scrub and balm came in the mail, but the intelligence lip treatment did not. I called and they said they would ship it out. I received a box today, opened it, and there was no product! Just packing paper and a packing list that said the intelligence lip treatment was in the box.
An employee of arbonne by the name of Breana Cole, befriended me and then slept with my boyfriend. Then proceeds to send me the videos, apparently y'all hire people with no morals. She's disgusting and a direct representation of your team.
Arbonne products are costly, consultants are not trained, and they are not as pure as they advertise. Do your research and you will find that as a customer you are being fooled. I am embarrassed to state that I was a consultant but with that role I learned the truth.
I usually don't like to complain but this was by far the most disappointing experience. I ordered this product hoping to lose weight but instead I gained a few pounds and when I became aware that I was able to get a refund If I was unsatisfied, I called customer service and they told me that their policy
Only allows refunds up to 45 days. I called on my 46th day and they were not able to refund me or offer me any other solution. I was very excited to start Arbonne but now I am so disappointed and I hope nobody Else goes through this experience.
They have discontinued the RE9 line which I love. Bought the new Age Well and tried it. It is not as moisturizing and seems to burn on my face. Is this normal for this product? Actually has my eyes burning. Also, really miss the light orange smell of the RE9. The the Age Well is not good especially at the high price. Bring back the RE9.
Save your money and look elsewhere for supplements, protein powders etc. Their ingredients are not 4x better than another to be 4x the price. I recommend looking into bulksupplements.com and myprotein.com for a much more affordable place to purchase products that aren't multilevelmarketing scams.
