I will never support or try to promote a business that lets their AREA MANAGERS talk to people on social media the way they do. One of their area managers (We'll call her A) decided it was okay for them to tell someone (we'll call her B) that covid wasn't real even after learning someone from B's family died from it. Then A tried to tell B that's not how her family member died. Excuse me? What gives you the right to say that? A then went on to say that her manager supports her saying things like this! Unprofessional, tacky, and never giving this "business" a second thought.
I was very skeptical at first, but immediately fell in love with the Detox line, FC5, and got my entire family on the RE9 or ABC baby care. The pay cheques are a bonus. My friends and family value my opinion, as I value my product. I've said it before and i'll say it again-- it doesn't get much better, especially being from Canada!
I bought the expensive mascara. No complaints about the mascara itself but the tube is defective. From the beginning, I had difficulty inserting the wand and eventually I couldn't insert it at all. I always assumed the tight fit was to keep too much mascara from gathering on the wand. I admit the product is a year old, but it never worked right from the beginning. Although I rarely used itI am stuck with an unusable full tube of Arbonne mascara. I'dnever buy it again, especially since customer service refused to help. They said it was too old but I offered to send the full two back so they can see it was rarely used.The sales rep however was delightful and made for an enjoyable presentation.
Not sure how 30ml of serum can possibly fit inside the tiny space provided inside and the rest of the bottle is empty. I have other products that are 30ml and you can clearly see there is more product in the bottle than yours. Do all your other products have the correct amount of mls in them? For the price of the package i am completely beyond disappointment and i will not recommend your products to anyone in the future.
I tried the new Age Well kit for 30 days. I have started to have major breakouts after 30 days on my chin and forehead. Consultant say that it is normal in the beginning and then it gets better, but my skin is juste getting worst. I absolutely hate it. They will not reimburse me because of there 45 day policy. But it took a week of shipping to get my product and they count that in the 45 days. Be very careful with Arbonne. Make sure the products are made for your skin because it takes 45 days minus a week of shipping for your skin to beak out and it will be to late to return the products.
They have discontinued the RE9 line which I love. Bought the new Age Well and tried it. It is not as moisturizing and seems to burn on my face. Is this normal for this product? Actually has my eyes burning. Also, really miss the light orange smell of the RE9. The the Age Well is not good especially at the high price. Bring back the RE9.
Arbonne has wonderful a product line re9 and I hope it doesn't get discontinued for the age well! That line isn't agreeing with my skin as well and is enlarging my pores with blackheads and breakouts. I signed up as a consultant and gave it a go at first, but my upline stressed me out on social media because they were very q anon acting and posted constantly on social media about pedophiles and conspiracy and donald trump so I backed off. I don't care to try and talk all my friends into joining a pyramid business either I would rather just promote products but that's not the MLM way and we all know it. The products are a bit over priced but I love them. I don't use the nutrition because of the added sugar but I love all of the skincare, deodorant, body washes and lotions. I'm a vegan so all of this is great for me! The age well is said to replace re9 soon and I surely hope it's not really happening

I joined arbonne to be a consultant and spent £100 to buy their products. Their rescue and renew clay mask has ruined my skin. It has given me a rash all over my face and caused my face to swell up rapidly. It's is not vegan friendly at all never recommend these products to anyone! YOU HAVE RUINED MY SKIN ARBONNE ITS BEEN A WEEK AND ITS THE SAME! I will be taking this further

I use a few Arbonne products and I am very happy with them. I continue to purchase and use these products. I purchased 2 4oz tubes of Arbonne Liquid Sunshine and it is awful! No matter how little you use your skin looks orange. Every time I wore it I was asked why I looked orange! Needless to say I stopped using it and told the Arbonne person I deal with about the problem. Now I did purchase the product over a year ago and basically did not start to use it until the next summer rolled around. The products are quite expensive and when I told the person I buy from of the situation, along with ordering other product, she contacted whoever she deals with for direction, she also told the person that she had in fact tried it and it turned her skin orange. The representative told my person it was to late and there was nothing they could. Do! Such awful customer service! The product is completely unusable and expensive and I would be shocked if they didn't receive other complaints about the product. I have one tube still in the original packaging unopened and another tub barely used. If this was a lesser complaint and they offered me product or some type of compensation that would be perfectly acceptable but just to say too late... Bad Customer Service!
I never write reviews, however I felt inclined to warn anyone who is thinking of buying arbonne. Bought hundreds of dollars worth of products and never received them. The courier went to the wrong address (as shown in the picture they provided) and arbonne responded with they're not responsible if their customers don't receive their order or not. So they are just happy to take your money and not bother with the rest. I have sent several emails out, reaching out to them to ask for help or the matter be resolved and they either fobbed me off or they kept reassuring me they will Re-send it... however I am yet to receive it as o wait weeks and weeks later :( tried calling today and the wait time today is 4hours and 15mins! Wish they knew the stress they cause people.
The products itself are'nt bad but after this experience I will never purchase from Arbonne again.
On another note, there are strict online consumer rights and laws. Now I have to go through the long process of obtaining my money back the legal way.
I absolutely love all the products and the community I have joined. Yes it's a little more expensive but you get what you pay for!

I've been reading some of the reviews and have had the same experience. I purchased the Arbonne water bottle through a friend and when I called their customer service, I was told that I needed to go through the person who purchased the product for me. Fair enough, but when my friend called to tell them that my water bottle leaks all the time and the lid is impossible to come off at times which to me the seal is gone and has been since I purchased it. I ordered 3 of them, 1 for me and 2 for my nephews, they have had no issues. The customer service rep told my friend that I need to send them a picture of the bottle leaking. Really, I will send the bottle back and just give me a new one... it's a water bottle. How to you get a picture of a water bottle leaking when it happens sporadically. To me, this company does not stand by their products and shouldn't even be in business. Oh and by the way, if they do take stuff back, you have to pay for shipping... Just buy off Amazon! ARBAD needs to go out of business
I joined the company 11/2018 I promoted fast to a District MGR (1st level) within a few months. It sold $8,000 along with another one of my friends who also was a consultant. That is how I promoted. I did the 30 day program back to back to back and the whole food nutrition along with the break it gave my digestive system made my body so happy! While the products are more expensive I get my stuff basically free if I sell. What i don't like is the DM basically float this company and the area mgrs, regionals and national Vice Presidents, The DM usually quit and guess what the upline don't care because then they can get your customers. My upline manipulated sales to promote my best recruit out of my central district, That makes it impossible really to bonus. The area mgrs regionals and Nationals get all the perks! The DM'S don't get anything. This is what they call a company making $$ on the front end.
I still consult for my base of friends because it still want my stuff for free. Aunt I don't make as much as I'm used to because of bonus potential was stripped from me. It reported my upline and they are investigating her. I am sure she will get what's coming and I do hope she loses her consultant ID number.
Love the products but this is cut throat when those areas are going for region and a Mercedes stipend they will sideline you to get to your network especially if they don't think your working as hard as they are.
We use the products and our very satisfied. We love the fizz, and the shakes are fantastic, The 30 day cleanse works great, and their products are fantastic.
I don't usually write poor reviews but I am so disappointed in Arbonne or would I rather say their sales consultant. I signed up to attend an online Facebook Arbonne party and placed an order. The consultant asked me if I would like to increase my order by $20 and that would qualify me for preferred customer status and I could get 20% off for the entire year.
My order went in at 8:00 PM and then the next morning there was a big splash on Facebook with the same party saying that if you spent over $100 you could get $50 with a free products and if you spent over $200 you can get an extra $100 of free product. Since my order was over $200 I asked if I qualify and I got a really snotty response "Ha, ha I didn't even think of this sale until now I just need to get a few more orders in to get my District Managers Promotion". Some response hey. When I got my order they sent an ALL FRENCH catolog and one item makeup primer was incorrect as I wanted eye makeup primer.
Trying now to get through to the exchange or refund line is a nightmare as it keeps saying I need an area code or wrong number.
I am so turned off and frustrated that I will never ever purchase another Arbonne product. I do not care for the lack of integrity or high pressure sales if this company.

I don't like the deception of Arbonne because it's a multi level marketing scheme, NOT all natural, very overpriced, and mostly because it was a means of DESTROYING my FRIENDSHIPS; both the mother and daughter pretended to be good friends. 10 year friendships, and for the past 3 years every other conversation became about Arbonne. One last straw was when I was supposed (but wouldn't allow myself be manipulated or self-humiliated) to do a live video on my personal Facebook page to have a virtual Arbonne party. I don't even like to be on Facebook and I don't do live videos. I guess the friendship would've ended anyway because the daughter is a prima donna at home, but an innocent, attention-seeking, caring person in the public social media eye. Can you say selfie, selfie selfie, self self self? Both are very two-faced, fake and basically attached at the hip because of the young grandchildren, and control. They now use the young children as poster children. I feel sorry for the children.
I guess that's perfect for the Arbonne approach; not authentic!
