Lautner was a fantastic agent! He booked a complicated family trip with my grandchildren from the US to France; we all live in different States (California, Colorado, Washington). He ensured that we arrived and departed at the same time or very close. Some of us wanted to travel together and he made it happened. The prices were descent for Economy. Lautner was patient, polite, and efficient. Make sure you tip him!
My agent was very knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and friendly. She called and emailed me on a personal level after I had to disconnect because I was rear ended as I was making my travel plans, stationary in a parking lot! Such care has never been given from an agent /company like this before! Amazed still! And it wasn't to just try and get my business, she genuinely was concerned. We connected afew days later and finally I was able to book my tickets. What a gem! Brilliant service, understanding, and total cost was within my budget.

This is my first time to try ASAP Tickets for online booking. I cant help but be amazed by the agent that handled my queries. He was very patient and accommodating to my requests and concerns. He's name is Olympus and he was simply Awesome! Communication was great and he would get back to me right away if there was any concerns. Will definitely recommend him in the future to my family and friends travel plans.
Olympus, the agent, made me feel comfortable and he would constantly follow up and make sure that the dates will work for my travel plans. Human interaction was indeed a great factor compared to just plain online booking wherein you immediately get the answers to your questions right away.
Olympus was able to book my flight schedule within my time frame and budget allocation. He also explained the necessities of having luggage insurance especially if multi city connecting flights

I would say that Mundo was the most helpful and accommodating agent ever. He went the extra mile by listening to the customer's requests/concerns and find ways to make it happen. There was resistance in using ASAP and we were really hesitant to call to make a purchase. We've heard numerous nightmare stories about ASAP's service in dealing with flight issues. We needed to get the full story. Harlan has been wonderful throughout this process. We've communicated weekly for 3 weeks and she's been nothing but wonderful. On the day of the call, she was able to answer all of our concerns and she really made us feel at ease in choosing ASAP.

I had a positive experience finding a new flight for me and my partner when a confusing text from the airline made us miss the flight. The airline SAS refused to acknowledge or reschedule our flights, so I contacted ASAP, the company with which I purchase the original tickets. Sukh, helped me; offered me various alternatives, and allowed me time to review them. Although, a two stops trip and of course having to purchase new tickets, we will be getting home tomorrow. I paid in March to travel in July 2021 for 6 travelers to Nigeria through asap ticket. In June they cancel our flight, Turkish Airline. The agent asked me to pay additional $700 for each passenger to be rebooked with another Arline. I want a refund instead.
So devastated because travel time is so close and i may not be able to get flight for the dates i wanted and will have to pay a lot more. To make the matter even worse, after multiple run-arounds from them, the lady at their finance/refund Ms Ayaka, claims that some of my payments are refundable. They should be compensating me for the inconvenience they caused me but instead this lade and asap want to get paid for service they did not provide.
Right time, I'm fighting to get my full refund while I'm losing time to even find another bookings. It's always better to deal with the Airline directly
