I was really impressed that ascendtech supplied a pre-paid return mailing label with the order. Obviously they care about customer satisfaction. They also offer technical support if there are any issues and will replace the board if there are any issues.
I do not anticipate any problems building this system but appreciate they are there if needed.
They shipped incredibly fast and shipping was included in the price.

Located an exact match for a networking L2 Managed switch with 10Gbe Fiber SFP+ ports to support a small network that uses IP Phones. What is significant is that I did have questions regarding the unit and my first attempt to call Ascendtech was successful. A technical rep spoke with me and assured me that they were there to ensure my satisfaction. Honestly it was a simple issue that could have been confusing to some folks, but I was able to understand and work with their person over the phone to get my question answered. The item was what was required for the project and stacked up nicely with one I already had.

I evidently have a type of motherboard that occasionally loses all of the USB ports through some physical (not software) malady. I have purchased at least 2 replacements from Ascendtec that fit right into the box and accept all memory and the processor without a hitch.

I started to notice strange noise from my hardware in computer so I decided that the best option is to repair it. However, it was broken and I made a right decision that I wanted to open the computer. I guess if it would work for a little bit I would lose all the data which i had. Anyway, I started to search for some companies where I can order a new hardware. This company attracted my attention and I thought thath it wu=ould be the best option to acquiare new hardware here. Actually, everything is okay it was pretty cheap and works perfectly.

I was not sure if I had the correct product, it looked exactly like the keyboard I had that was worn out. I ordered it then checked the numbers and they did not match. So I called on the phone to check. The person I spoke with on the phone was not sure either, but they promised free return shipping it it wasn't right. When the keyboard arrived I tried it out, and it worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company and will return again!

I enjoyed my experience with this company I found on ebay. I had been looking for a graphics card for my computer, and couldn't find the right one to fit. But this company had the right part for the money. Fast and easy transaction.

If you go into their build your own computers & you look at the items in which are being placed in the custom builds, most times you can find them MUCH MORE cheaper then what they are trying to scam you for.

The other day a friend had ask me if I could point him to a good site for custom builds & to help him get the best parts for the price. I had shopped at AscentTech many years before & found some decent prices so that if why I was going to refer him to their site until I noticed that the gaming motherboard I was going to suggest for him was 2.5x the price on another site. I was quite surprised that they would be stupid enough to try to pull something like that because anyone like me who takes the time to window shop online is going to notice things like that, but I would say their average shopper doesn't know any better.

Would I suggest this site to anyone?

I ordered an LG 17" laptop screen on AscendTech after the display on my laptop broke. I naturally chose to buy off AscendTech because they had the cheapest price for this particular part. I should've been more careful ordering because the acclaimed "new" LCD screen I ordered showed up with signs of use and repackaging. When I installed the LCD screen into my laptop it was not the same resolution as it should be and the screen has a red tint that isn't fixable. I'm not sure where AscentTech is getting their parts but its not worth buying off this supplier.

I ordered a replacement touchscreen for my HP envy x360. Speedy delivery, however the packaging was just terrible. Rolled up packing paper was the cushioning. The screen was simply rolled up in bubble wrap. It did nothing to protect the screen from flexing and cracking. Screen arrived cracked. Was able to get a full refund though. Ordered the part from amazon and realized that the part that ascendtech gave me wasn't even the correct screen for the model.

Well for buying a extremely a lot of items on ebay I would have to ascendtech was one of the most pleasnt and quick responces ever in any of my dealing with ebay, it was I would have to say the best transaction that I have ever had on ebay. I would what I like best bout it was, when I had a? And emailed and I got a response unlike I have ever had which a simple answer and fast it was great, would buy for them many times over!
