We purchased a couch and recliner chair from Ashley's in Saskatoon Saskatchewan in July/22. An hour after the furniture was dropped off we tried to contact the store to inform them that there was two spots that had holes in the fabric. When we asked for a replacement or our money refunded we ended up being transferred into to care centers (which is a joke) they told us they would only repair it as we took too long to contact them. What the hell an hour after dropping it off isn't quick enough? It is now December and it has not been totally repaired!
I think they should have replaced the damaged furniture not repair it.
Very disappointed with them and will never trust them to do business with again!
Tip for consumers:
I would stay away from this company! Very poor accessibility to contact store by phone. In person talking to a manager showed zero concern and poor communication. It's a buyers be ware once they have your money your concerns are brushed off.
