Terrible company. I ordered an ornament (1) as a Christmas gift. Paid for it. Item received. No problem.

I just received a 2nd Aston Drake charge on my credit card. After a half hour on the phone, I was able to discern that Ashton Drake has me locked in to an ongoing/recurring collection of items - which I did not order. I am still not confident the recurring charges will stop. Very Suspect Organization. Do not do business with this company!

Overpriced af!

I ordered a doll that looked nothing like what was advertised. I then ordered a peanuts figurine calendar that ended up costing me over $600! Each figurine was like $50! They broke easily and the number tiles just had stickers which eventually peeled off.

Not happy at all

I purchased one of the silicone dolls for a friend's 15 yr old daughter. One eye lash has already fell off the the other one is about to fall off. Also there is a piece of silicone that has come out near the eye with the lash missing. She has not had it for a month yet. Do not recommend these dolls, especially for the price I paid. Also, on ordering, I requested to make payments, but was charged the full amount in one payment.

Ordered doll dec 21st paid extra too day shipping, 7 days later still no doll, when checked tracking thursday says be delevered saturday, its now monday still no doll. Called customer service they said tracking says be delevered saturday. Told been saying this all week. Offered $20 correct, but now refund for doll have not received. Buyers beware

False Advertising

I bought the God Bless You Little Grace newborn doll and it looks nothing like the doll advertised in the catalogue or on the site. I will not be buying anything else from the Ashton Drake doll company. This company should be shut down for scamming customers.

Total Fuc$ing Garbage Dishonest Company

I ordered "what was supposed to be" a realistic, lifelike infant monkey that is posted by manufacturer, Ashton Drakeas as being made of silicone and vinyl. It's all vinyl. It's garbage and not worth more than 10.00 in my opinion but I paid 140.00 something dollars for this PC of crap for my baby for xmas. The pictures speak for themselves. I posted what they advertised vs what I actually got. Very disappointing. It looked nothing like the pictures or felt nothing like the posted description. Then when I call to get a refund I'm told they have to send a shipping label then I have to wait to receive that then when I get it I have to mail it then wait for them to get it then its 7 to 10 business after that that they'll refund it which will be way after xmas but luckily for me I can dispute through my bank and MD will get my money back the same day. It's funny how it only takes a second for then to charge your card but takes weeks to get a refund. Piece of crap. Don't order from them.

I purchased the Presley doll for a Christmas gift. In early January the arm fell off, I returned it immediately. I was told 3 times that a new doll was being shipped. I never received it. I later sent multiple emails and called the company and finally was told I had to order another doll. The customer service rep told me that I would get a $15 refund card in the mail that I would have to in turn mail back in to get the discount. I got the $15 coupon but for "my next purchase." I finally received a different doll on 4/5/23 (3 months later) and had to pay more and was lied to about the $15 discount. I will never buy from Ashton Drake or Bradford Exchange again. Customer service is terrible! They do not deserve 1 star! Just FYI. This is the first complaint I have ever made, I always try to relate with the business but this has been the most difficult process I have ever dealt with. Please search other options and do not put yourself through this heartache.

Not what we ordered

What we ordered and what we got weren't the same baby. The one we received looks cheaply made. I could've bought the same thing from a chain store for much less. First pic is what we ordered, second pic is what we got. Second pic, granddaughter already changed the clothes. She is not happy with her baby and is already asking for a new one. Will never order from this company again or recommend them to anybody

Bought a babydoll for my Grandaughter for Christmas. She is completely in love with this doll. I purchased her from a doll store near my home. The day after Christmas she fell from the counter onto carpeting and her leg came off. I was heartbroken for my Grandaughter. I went back to the retailer and she was horrified.stated that Ashton Drake stands behind their dolls and I immediately emailed and called them. The store had no other doll like her or she would have replaced her. Customer service will not replace the doll and told me to go back to the store. The store did not make a defective product. The woman who owns the store is now going to try and repair her for me and will deal with her contact at the company. Will never buy another Ashton Drake Doll.

It was ok

I purchased two dolls on 11/28/21 and after an unhelpful interaction with customer services and a few days of sweating it out hoping that the items would arrive on time, I got them. The dolls didn't quite look as pictured, the hair online looked much nicer than what was received. I don't know that I would order again because I think that the quality was just ok given the price. The service was also lacking. Overall, I was glad to get my order and my nieces were happy but I'm sure there are better options available.

POOR communication!

Attempted contacting them 3 times through customer service about billing my CC, but they do NOT respond. How hard is it to reply to a customer? Are they too busy texting on their cellphones and taking selfies? I realize I could attempt a phone call. But like another reviewer said in their experience, I would probably get hung up on, also.

My niece paid over 100.00 of her own money last year for this ugly thing that scared her and her cousins. She was 9 yrs old. I just today saw it and it scared me too! It's nothing like the pictures. If people say the love the doll it must be a made up review because no one in their right would think it's cute or looks like a baby. Shame on you for tricking people out of their money especially a child.

Big scam

These dolls look nothing what they have on their site. I was enraged when I saw the doll I had ordered for my daughter looked nothing like the one I received. Dollar store dolls actually look more presentable than the one we received. It took about a month if not more to received. I am extremely unsatisfied with this doll. O have written 2 emails to get a refund and yet no reaponse.

Worse customer service agents I believe I had to deal with in years, Received the incorrect doll, return to them with the label they provided. After 4 weeks and no response I was informed they had the return and will refund the money so I could reorder. 2 weeks later I received a letter stating my original order was not deliverable please correct address on file. (not True, return per their label, they provided). I have spoken to agents and a supervisor, and again with little or no help, maybe we will get the doll. Their excuses is the virus, my response, is close until you are capable of doing business.

Order was to be delivered by Dec 3rd and today automotive says will not even be shipped out till January 18th. When you try to call customer service they put you on hold for 25 minutes and drop your call, tried several times.

Poor quality dolls, horrible customer service

Ordered a $140 Katie doll for Christmas as well as a moses basket and additional clothes and bottles. Took 4 weeks to receive a doll whom is nearly bald and looks nothing like Katie, the doll I ordered. Then the moses basket box arrived and it was a huge deer lamp instead.
I called to try and get them to send me the right item and was told I had to return the lamp before they would send me the basket and it would be January before they were back in stock. This was a Santa present but zero compassion.
Then 3 days later, I got an email saying the correct item had been sent but I needed to send the lamp back or I would be charged $165 for it.
Within 2 weeks after getting the baby, it began to mildew inside turning fingers,toes,ears and nose purple black. My daughter has never combed the sparce hair, yet it now has fallen out and resembles wire brillo pad. The arms and legs are coming unsewed and have stuffing sticking out. The paint is gone from the mouth leaving chip marks from using the Ashton Drake pacifier.
3 months later and they've began randomly charging my credit card $78. No clue why.
I paid $310 total for our order up front- no payment plan or club memberships. And it was NOT worth it.
I would love to get a refund but it was from Santa and my child very much still believes.
How this place stays in business I have no idea.
I guess I get to spend my Monday morning arguing about how to get back the $78 they just stole from me back.

I recently ordered dolls for Christmas. Upon receiving one of the dolls, I determined it was too small and was Not what I believed it would be - I have been trying for 4 days to reach some one about a return!
Also, I tried to add a debit card and for whatever reason, it was rejected! But they charged me for adding it!
I want to return this doll and have that fee refunded to me!
I spend over $400 with this company but I will not ever shop there again
