Horrible customer service dolls arm fell off and they refuse to honor the warranty and replace the hand for my 8 year old
Ordered a bday gift in March of 2021. It's been pushed and pushed and pushed. We were told September, then October and now DECEMBER… keep your money and go elsewhere.
It was one of my worst purchases thus far... The head is attached with thread and it looks nothing like the pictures!
