I have been using this service for almost a month and got VIP Status because of how much money I spent communicating with what I thought was a real person. The way this site operates is very cleaver, they have actual women sitting in front of a camera, but you are just communicating with the translator, even when you schedule a phone call. Somehow the video connection gets lost, so you think you are speaking with the person that was on camera, but that is not the case. I exchanged personal contact information with the lady I met, but all I got was a non-working phone number and email address. I also never got a call or email from her.
