My medium was good. She knew the first initial of my late loved one's name, without me telling her his name. She also said that he was calling me babycakes, which is a nickname he used for me. But this is a scam because I paid $30 for 30 mins and at about 10 minutes the session was suddenly and mysteriously ended. I never pressed the end session button and she was in the middle of typing. My bank called me later saying they tried to charge me an additional $90 TWICE. I also was logged out of my account and mysteriously could not get back in.

Ok, so i tried this because ive been looking for real guidance because most of the psychics i tried were off or quoted off my horoscope. I constantly got spam from them saying i was gonna meet the love of my life or your gonna get money soon etc and none of that ever happend and im just done with fakes. I have found one who described my soul mate perfectly and i will use them and remove myself from there victim list!

She was too slow. Wasted time making me wait for more than 3 minutes. Asked me for names and DOBs multiple times. And after all that her English was bad and her typing was too slow with mistakes... She cant call herself as an expert... Liveperson.com... Do you evaluate these people before they come on board as experts? Your quality sucks...

I purchased the $10 package that comes with 3 mins free with a master psychic. I spoke with the master psychic Michael Ryan who literally sat on the phone for over the 3 min limit speaking incredibly slow and saying "um, I feel that." the entire time. He didn't answer any of my questions, Didn't even make it through the reading before I was automatically sent to customer service for a 156 dollar bill, because the reading had switched over to $13/min after the 3 mins were up. Do NOT use this site they are a SCAM. You would do better going to Oranum (I had a bad experience with them too because one of their psychics gave me bad information); but atleast they'll actually give you a reading, instead of blatantly stealing your money!

I called for an alleged "free" thirty minute reading. The "psychic" Teresa did not answer the question I asked and proceeded to tell me a bunch of stuff that was wrong. She kept trying to waste my 30 minutes by asking me to speak to her when she should have been answering my question. Needless to say, the call was for nothing and I looked at my credit card bill to find they were charging me $40 per month. I called in to inquire about this charge and they claim to have notified me that a "free" reading required a membership. I was NEVER told this. I demanded my money back from these crooks. That lady expected me to act like she was a counselor when she is supposedly a "psychic" who should have answer my question.

I received an email about a recent relationship. The person offered me 30 minutes for $30. So I called. The initial person did NOT explain anything about different levels. They did tell me about the tone after 5 minutes, but I figured I had the 30 minutes I was offered. Afterwards my card was charged over $650! I called and was told that I was told about the ton and that I needed to hang up and call back. Which I was never explained. These people are scammers! Please don't use.Ive added the email and the charges!

The person they said I was going to talk was not person who rambled on about me and something. I don't know what she was talking about. It had nothing to do with anything. I was more confused than when I called. I don't recommend. I was very unhappy. She told nothing about what I asked her. I told her she just confused me.

This company is a scam. They will beat you out of your money. They will not take back there products and illegally charge your credit card without your authorization. Don't be fooled stay away from this company.

Stay away! This company is a rip off. I had a reading and paid $30 for it. And usually a company would have a warning signal stating that you have one minute left but that wasn't the case. And they charge me 3 times. Which came up to almost 300$. I called back to complain and told them to take my card off their file and I get another notification saying they charged my card again. The psychic reading was good but the customer service is terrible and the guy that helped me basically laughed and my face and said it was my fault. If I would've heard a warning that my time was up, I would've hung up right away. The guy said my credit card was deleted from their file already but right after the call I got charge AGAIN! Don't ever call this place. It's a total rip off. Go to California Psychics or Hollywood. CUSTOMERS BEWARE..

The customer service representives are absolutely horrible and rude and the psychics predicted things that were totally wrong which got my hopes up then totally crushed them... Psychic capri may be calming and helpful but totally wrong on her predictions. Ends up making you feel even worse then you did before you talked to her!

The first five minutes was with a master psychic you called me beautiful the whole time and told me nothing it was a waste of my time. Then by the time I hung the phone up they had already charged me an additional $13.99 for an extra minute. Then when I talk to the psychic she knew nothing she was nowhere near anything that had to do with me I had to tell her things for her to give me a reading that made sense but all that came from what I told her. When I complained about it they have done nothing but have someone call me that will charge me $6.99 a minute. They need to give me the free 20-minute reading with a psychic that I asked for or refund my $20 to me. If this is not done I am going to report them for fraud

This service is a rip off. Please stay away from this company. A company that preys on people who are vulnerable and take their money should be ashamed of themself. I paid for $10 for 15 minutes and I was charged $89.90 plus $10. The whole time the psychic stated that she could not hear me or she did not understand the situation. She gave conflicted answers. I reported her and wanted back my money i was told that it is a valid charge. I would never used this company and i reporting to them to BBB. I was told by the supervisor that she has legal rights and it is for entertainment purposes and nothing more. It is in the contract that I agreed to. Oh really now. We see about that, scammers.

I just had my first reading with ask now. The first psychic I spoke to was very nice and told me that I will be married by next summer. The other psychic I spoke to to me I'll never get married to my BF even after 5 years, Which is pretty hurtful. I don't know what to believe. During my reading reading she told me that our relationship has been on and off which is so not true. When I told her that its not true, She told me that she see it happen in future. I am soo scared now.

Since it wasn't a huge investment I thought I would try out AskNow. Psychic Tawnya literally freaked me out. She knew my boyfriends occupation and described him to a "t". You are all idiots especially you psychic savantace when on every page asknow is linked on your posting the same stupid ad about visiting your website for a reading. I work for as know and savantace all I ever heard was bad reviews about you. I also use the service and we have some amazing people like medium jozette. Its all about the connection and if its not their then don't continue. As for customer service we go above and beyond to explain how to get to your psychic press 2 not one... We have a specific script that explains how to get thru the automated system. We go into detail about everything if your not listening during your set up call that's your own issue. We have numerous toll free #s to reach us and it is not a scam. People need to listen and comprehend before jumping to conclusions and posting bull$#*! online!

The reading by Selina was average and all she did was repeat what was sent to me in the email.Afterward she gave me a spell of which I never asked her for and all she said was you need to do this. What a joke she a good SCAMMER. Please don't fall into their trap.

I asked two different physics the same question. I asked sandra lee and physic tree. Both said the complete opposite. And physics tree wasted my time going on and On that didn't even help me and wasted my time with no info for me at all. When I said I had to go I didn't have money to stay on line she said I just want to help. Yay, take all my money. It was robbery. When I called and complained they said they would review and call them back in two days. I did and they said they both did fine and it was fine they said the opposite. Bull sh** first and last time I will ever use a physics. I will also tell all my friends it is a total scam.

I was told that I had free minutes for being a new client and that I would hear a beep when my free minutes were done… umm no I was charged over $1100. Ish… I was told this twice on my first initial reading then on my second. The only positive experience I had was with the psychic Jozette she stayed on cue with my reading. As for Oracle she was all over the place telling me information of other readings with celebrities and talking much about her own personal life… wasting my minutes… please be careful hence I was charged $13.99 a minute and never did receive any free minutes

I signed up last night and I went through many of the sidekicks just waiting for one to be available and then I finally found one. It was a male with a kind of complicated last name. When he answered he just asked for my name and date of birth, and asked what he could do for me. Very first I told him this was my first reading and I was a bit nervous, but still I opened up giving him vague descriptions of the situation. And after that, he told me what he had to say and explained it in full. He was very fast with his words yet also to the point. I got so much out of just a 14 minute call with him. He did not waste time and he interacted with me, yet not too much. The reason I gave it a 4/5, is because I still have to wait for it to play out and see if it does. All I'm thinking is that maybe you just have to find the right person for you. Whether it be as chance like me, or through process of elimination. I also received no additional payments.
