My favorite psychics at AskNow is Venus Rising and Man of Light. They are both spot-on and have saved me a ton of grief! I tried many psychic networks before finding AskNow and I'm glad I did. I had an ok reading with Hey Renee but she works with California Psychics now.

Beware of this company they will spam and harass you to try and get money from you. They refuse to take you off there list and customer service tells you yeap sorry nothing we can do about it but if you provide your address we can send you junk mail.

I've tried all of the sites and this is the best and most accurate. My favorite psychics are definitely Prophetess Phyllis, Psychic Capri and Harrison. I belong to their club membership, So I get minutes added to my account every month and I can honestly say I don't know what I would do without them.

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use ask now. These people are scam artist. The psychic that i talked to was amazing but they charged me for minutes i did not use, and when i spoke with costumer service, they told me they were going to refund it. Never got refunded and everytime i called to speak wit costumer service about the issue they charged my card!

I was ripped off many times by a psychic hey renee. I am going thru the roughest time in my life. I lost many things including a man i loved very much. I believed he loved me and left me at my lowest point. I met renee and she pretended to care and took LOTS AND LOTS of my money, but suicidal i was and needed someone to talk to. She insisted and promised that this man loves me and would be back and it was just a lie. It would have been better to have let go instead of holding on to a love that didnt exist. It is very cruel to hurt people esp ones that are already hurting. I am a good person and people like me and you that are good are just the ones they feed on. So please if you are hurting like me use your money to talk to a professional or a friend or a free hot line,,, and remember if someone loved you they would not leave you or kick you when you are down.

The costumer service reps confuse you with thier terminology and then charge unauthorized charges to your credit card. Over $300 the rate jumps from. 75 to $13 such intrapment. The readers stall for the whole call to eat up your time. I was literally couldn't sleep for two weeks from the disturbing reading that I received. I was the fool who bought into it please save your money.

Sadly I have not found an accurate psychic on this site after spending hundreds of dollars on multiple so-called psychics. I do not believe that they have genuine psychics on this site and are a SCAM.

The customer service is very poor. All negative feedbacks are deleted and I posted some and my account was cancelled. Not only that they deducted unauthorised payment from my credit card 6 days after cancelling my account to which I had already reported my bank and I had to cancel my credit card. They are ripoffs and are cheaters and scamsters, no honest feedback is to be left on their website if you do, you are kicked out and duped of your money.

I tried a few different psychics on Ask Now before I found a good fit. Kind of like Goldilocks, one was too religious, one was too hard to understand, one was very uplifting but her predictions didn't come to pass. I read a bunch of reviews of the different psychics and then tried Psychic Jozette. Excellent, couldn't ask for a better connection. I hope that helps someone.

Yesterday I decided to have my cards read by a woman on ASK NOW and WHAT A MISTAKE that was! Although Ms. Kim was very nice, the charges WERE NOT! You MUST know that you are going to be charged an exuberant amount of money ONCE YOU HEAR the tone during your reading. When it was all said and done, I was in for well over $500! When I called to dispute the charges I was faced with a very unprofessional young girl who SHOULD return to customer service training for sure! I WILL NEVER use your service again!

I asked the question in my first chat and subsiquently you ask me to contact you so you can tell me in detail. I ned to know what was your detail report that you had after my chat. I provided this number 9 only so that it can help you more in providing information. My question was Worley parson job for which I was interviewed on 27 th of July. And I am expecting this job. You need to consantrate on this issue and, tell me in when and how soon I shall get this job. You did not focus on it at all. Tell me what will you do about #9. Thanks

The 40 dollars for 40 mins they don't give u an extension for who it is for costmer services says they tell u things on the recorded line they don't. The lady just talked about herself the hole time customer service got mad at me when I said I only wanted the 40dollars worth and that is a lot of money for me they said some people spends thousands of dollars. They charged me over 500 dollars and told me I hit the wrong button that is why and refuse to make it right. I have all the recording and when I said this they hung up on me..

Where do I even start this place is a complete joke …please I'm telling everyone do not use their services.
I was first told about their deal and I can use my minutes on one of their master psychics. Then she tells me that she's not available and she will call me (which she never did) by then they had already charged my credit card more than what they even stated. Then I tried to call back and couldn't get through as it took me to just a voice listing of all their psychics and I can't use the deal with any of them and none of the master ones were even available. So I picked a pyschic just to try it since they already charged me and everything she said was completely off was so far from what was happening I have never been so scammed before. I call back to get my money back and they wouldn't give it to me. These people are sick and just after your money

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS THIS IS FAKE AS IT GETS THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I feel like an absolute idiot not reading these reviews before I signed up. Signed up for "15 min for $10 plus 5 minutes free" talked for only 13 minutes and got billed $112. Goes without saying the lady on the phone was saying a bunch of bull the whole time obviously not a psychic she's a SCAMMER just like everyone else on this website.

Run…. Crooks, liars, prejudice. Do not waste your time. THESE PEOPLE CANNOT PREDICT YOUR FUTURE. However, they will only leave you feeling confused and distracted, wondering when things will come to pass that you've been told. Have Faith in GOD!

Everyone is speaking of the customer service. I personally had good experiences with customer service. They're always very friendly and sometimes they like to talk about their wife and kids. One guy kept me on the phone for 20 minutes talking about his daughter... Anyways, so far I've spoken to 2 different psychics. First i spoke to mystic Melissa, who told me that in order to get my ex back, I had to drink a tall glass of Ice water and line for 7 days every morning. And she told I had to read specific bible verses on the daily. I did everything she said but after a few days I thought to myself "drinking This lime juice is going to get my ex back? How absurd!" So I gave up! But she was very caring and seemed to really care about my problem. I still wonder to this day if drinking that juice and reading those verses would've really gotten my ex back?
Lastly, I decided to try a different psychic who told me a specific time frame of when my ex will come back and she told me which Steps to take in the mean time... But I am scared of putting my hopes on something such as psychic predictions. But I sure hope it comes true!

Totally inaccurate reading. Nothing like what she saw ever happened. It is almost funny how she described various things that simply did not and will not happen.

Where do I begin. I called to get a reading. The guy who answered my call was very kind and polite. He recommended a psychic, and I agreed to go with her. Her name is Salena. When I got on the phone with Selena she was just basically throwing words out of her mouth. She wasn't answering any of my questions... and kept saying "I feel a lot of energy"... 9 minutes into the call I asked her about my career and she hung up. So I called back and wanted to speak with customer service. They were really rude. The manager named Robert was extremely rude. The customer serive rep Bryan was actually yelling at me on the phone for trying to get a refund. He told me he didn't care if I write a review online. And he wouldn't give me Roberts last name... eventually they decided to tell me I would get my money back and that I'm banned from calling. Not like I will ever call back.It was horrible! Save your money and your time please. These people do not care about you! They are a RIP OFF!

I'm extremely disappointed and upset with my experience. I called this site after receiving an email stating i could receive a first time call for free. When i called the customer rep said I would still need a credit card for me to have the free call. I gave it and the call was transferred and hung up on me in the process. I never spoke to a physic or anything. Today i see a 30 dollar charge on my credit card. I've called ten times today to finally get a customer service rep on phone. I explained the charge and requested my card be refunded. I was advised they couldn't do that at this time and to call back in few days/48hrs DO NOT TRUST THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. This was my first time calling a place like this and is my last time. TOTAL SCAM!

Hi guys, I signed up for 30$ and they charged me 60$ and I could not reach any "fortune tellers" I was so desperate when found out they will not respond. They even logged me out of the website. I sent them an email to refund my money back and I haven't heard from them for a very long time.

I have used many psychic lines in my time and this is by far the most expensive and the worst. I took advantage of the introductory offer of 15 mins for $10 but when I spoke with my chosen reader she sat quiet for almost 15 mins claiming she was trying to tune in with my partner. What a load of bull! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Let me start by saying did u guys noticed how all of us, the 'real' customers who've been scammed, rated this disgusting service 1 star while the other "reviews" gave it 5 stars? How OBVIOUS it is that they themselves ( or probably the "poor" minimum-wage employees they got there) had been posting those reviews in a very pathetic way trying to save their little crappy operation.
As for the reading, the first 5-10 min were ok (She kept trying to get me to 'lead' the conversation and at the same time reveal more about me --- which I refused!) But she talked very slow, with long pauses after EVERY sentence which made me feel and realized she was waiting for my 'approval / disapproval' so she could know where to take the conversation. She got made that I would guide her but I just said "ok... is that what u see?"
And for a few times I felt that SHE herself we lost.
Be careful because when calling for the first time they will answer right away and be nice but once they got their payment from u, that same number that u called to won't ever let your calls go through again! Unless of course its for another reading, than they would gladly get to the phone.
Call your credit card company and say u didn't authorized this transaction (remember u never singed anything) also prevents them from charging it again.
The Better Business Bureau will take care of them. It's not the first company that finds loops to bypass the system, the Feds always get companies like that one way or another so it's just a matter of time.
