If you're looking to get things delivered within a particular time frame, this isn't the site for it. It clearly said 2 day delivery for metro when ordered before noon, when buying on the site. It's shown up 5 days later - 3 days after I needed it for an event. Support team would not organize return/refund. No real apologies either.
Terrible.
How disappointed! I retuned a pair of boots that were a bit big in size. Two weeks later, I got an email from ASOS saying that my returned has been processed. I originally paid $46,50 as the item was on sale. I returned the item and I ONLY got $23,56 BACK.!
ASOS charged me $8,99 return fee
And a ridiculous $13,95, because the item was on sale NOW.! That's is not what I paid.! I understand they have introduced return fee. But to charge me because the item is on sale again.? That's not ok. So what does it mean? If I purchase a product on sale and when I return it, the product is back to its original price, will ASOS return me the original price, instead of what I previously paid? NO WAY!
I won't be purchasing in ASOS EVER AGAIN.!
