I have for months been calling about a phone i never received. Not only was it not sent to the address they claimed but it also was not sent to my current address after 6 times i spoke with a representative who promised it was mailed to my new address and today i read an email that says they will disconnect my service if I don't return a phone i never received and service i do not have because i still have not received the phone. Stay away from this company thier representatives are fraudulent
I'm on Lifeline, and I got a phone through Assurance wireless. It doesn't load apps, and if I want to use Google search more than twice, I have to either restart the phone or power off constantly. So sick if this! I called customer service for another phone. It wasn't here when he said it would, so I called back and he didn't even put in the order! Going to look for another phone company.
I see there were many poor reviews of Assurance Lifeline on every review site. It's 6/15/2023 and I can attest that this is the best one now and I have tried them all. It's T-Mobile and it's fast. Best of all, the free Orbic phone is fantastic! It's better and charges faster than my old Galaxy. No dropped calls. Give them a chance! And No I don't get anything for this honest review.
Nothing problem since the beginning of October. After being a customer for 10 years with little or no problems they sent me five phones in a row that did not work. I didn't want to change my number but I had to. They also lied to me about returning the $40 that was on my account. I called one day and was told that the credit was issued on November 17th call the week later and was told it was issued on the 18th. You do not want to deal with this company
Absolutely ridiculous to put people through this kind of hell just because they need a little help. This is a scam The government allocates money and this company is committing fraud. These phones do not wirk and they know this but continue to keep sending them out, having you waste hours upon hours to activate only to once again fail you. The worst that could hapoen when dealing with legal matters and medical situations. Really sad!
I've been with assurance wireless which has a good concept, but their phone that they give you free is so outdated you can't use it in most places and it will not upgrade no further you can't even put it on 5G Network with Wi-Fi it won't work in my home they sent me a new phone the same damn phone with the same damn problems. If you can't give me a phone that works I'll go to a company that will all other companies give phones that upgrade fine... You lost a good customer assurance.
Assurance wireless absolutely sucks! Their service sucks,their phones suck even more than their service. They are only better than not having a phone. Only! Although they may be free your government has done little to give you anything more than a pile of crap of a phone with service that matches.
Assurance Wireless is one of the best lifeline company to be in. As a customer, I have experienced good treatment from them since day 1. I talked to a woman in the Phillipines named Shina or China and she was so great. The phones are great along with the service and they can even give you an upgrade for free

Everything always worked fine for 2 years. Suddenly I had to add minutes and I can't get it to work. I called tech support and they say there is an issue with towers. But that doesn't make sense to me. They texted me and added 1$ for and it worked for 10 minutes. But somehow the unlimited I bought will not work. Allegedly because of some problem with towers. And they aren't even sure that is the reason.

Answer: No they only have 1 phone, a UMX. They don't work you can't even call Costomer Service with it.
