Yes I call assurance riders about 3 days ago telling them government phone was lost or stolen so two days ago they supposed to cancel my lifeline and it would take 24 hours but now I talked to a rude represented this morning so he told me it would take up to one month to cancel because of that I don't have no way of calling out emergency call or check on my mama I have been insurance wireless customer for at least 2 years and they told me I was a value customer but they won't do why I asked him to do about the lifeline I have never been mistreated this bad in my life all I want is them to cancel that last line so I can't go through somebody else now I can't do that without them canceling it that's why I'm leaving a bad review what is right they cannot get by with treating people this way all I want for them is to cancel my lifeline ASAP and the cell number I'm preferring to is *******032 and my name is John Mitchell address Meridian Mississippi close my lifeline thank you very much

Assurance shut my phone off for non usage. I used my phone 100 times a day and my activity was all there, on my account profile, under usage. I called them so many times over a month of not hacing a ohone to use. They told me they were sending me an upgraded phone, free if charge for all the trouble itt was causing me. They sent me a downgraded phone that doesn't have work worth a crap and the settings keep changing. They also keep messing with my ACP benefits, who I was using with Spectrum, not them. Every other month they end up de enrolling me from ACP and so my Sowctrum bill kreeps goung up and 8 ended up having to re apply for ACO again and again. They suck! And they lie!
THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE. I HAD BEEN WITH THEM FOR 6 YEARS, AND THE LAST PHONE THEY SENT ME, AFTER 2 YEARS, QUIT WORKING. THEY WANTED ME TO SEND IT BACK, FOR A REPLACEMENT PHONE, NOW THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME $39.99-$65.00 FOR A REPLACEMENT, BECAUSE MY PHONE I SENT BACK WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. WHAT A JOKE. NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT A WARRANTY WHAT SO EVER. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITH A MORE RELIABLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
Ordered replacement phone, agent stated I was eligible for an upgrade 2 weeks ago waited and never received said phone. Contacted customer service and they said I am not eligible for the free upgrade after I've been waiting 2 weeks with NO PHONE. Never sent a letter or email to notify me of this change. Refused to send a replacement phone or help me in anyway. ZERO STARS DO NOT RECCOMEND. They are liars.
I am a disabled older adult on Social Security, and I feel like this company has taken advantage of me in my situation and that they are reaping benefits from the government that they are not passing onto the customers. I would bet if someone investigated they would find that the money is going in pockets and not to Service for customers. I have been with Assurance for about a year. In that time I've had to replace my device three times, and each time it is taking months to get the new device, only to get the same device with the same problems, and then to be told that the replacement device that I only got a few months ago is out of warranty and I would have to pay for another device. This was the final answer from a supervisor after I was lied to by several chat representatives and phone representatives promising brand new phones, one of them even promised a brand new Motorola flip phone. Instead you get an offbrand phone that you don't even know where it came from or how to fix it. And the agents don't know how to fix them either. My devices just stopped charging, stopped working properly, and then shut down all together. The last one shut down completely and cannot even be turned on to retrieve information from it. I'm moving onto another provider and hoping things will be better.
Lack of questionnaire to determine customer needs requirements, such as dexterity limitations or hearing impaired. There is no standard of listing orderly and complete specs for each device to make an educated comparison. No, government contract office to lodge quality complaints. Battery life much lower than stated. Audio levels on devices is substandard; especially for hearing impaired. Finger control on screens issues with functioning. Audio often continues briefly, on an app, when closed/switched to a different app. Moxee returned due low audio quality. Schok low audio quality, battery charge only a couple of hours, finger ctrl doesn't always function, very careful/light use and device dead (won't charge or turn on). The customer service reps have accents that are difficult to hear/understand. Ordering replacement with customer rep and their credit card system not operational. Reps don't discuss specs of phones; which makes me doubt a knowledgeable person knows how to provide best phone for disabilities such as hearing impaired.
Lack of current list of 2023 smartphones that are compatible with Assurance Wireless SIM/service.
Assurance contractor doesn't come across as an IT service company. Sincerely, when does this Federal Government contract expire?

Mere words cannot express my gratitude, respect, appreciation, overwhelmingly happiness for her professionalism, personability, kindness, expertise & most importantly... Her as an Overwhelmingly Incredible Human Being! If she doesn't get promoted to Supervisor or Management... Something is DEFINITELY WRONG w/your professional staff! She deserves an IMMEDIATE RAISE, Promotion, a copy of this to go into her file, a parking spot upfront & if not "Employee of the Year"...@ least "Employee of the Month"! I was in Cust Serv for over 30 years & I WAS THE BEST! SHES GOT ME BEAT! I want to be contacted by your professionalism staff for acknowledgement of review!

Very bad service, very bad devices, very bad customer service support all in the Philippines. Been with them 3 years too long. This company shouldn't be allowed to do Business in the USA. This Company is part of almost a monopoly. Virgin mobile, Sprint a couple of other smaller companies & soon T Mobile. I can't believe a company this bad is allowed to continue to do Business in The USA. Goes to show how far the USA has gone to HELL since trump took office. A republican in the pre election debates had it right 3 US organization that should be done away with & made better are The FCC FDA & the USDA. They all aren't doing their job & getting by with murder.
