I am on my third replacement phone from this company due to the 1st one being defective. The second one was scratched up and God knows what my 3rd one is going to look like. Now Im getting a letter stating that since I have not sent them my device I placed the claim on for a cracked screen, im going to get charged full price for the phone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS INSURANCE!
You can barely Answer the phone in time before person calling you hangs up because of the Bombardment of Advertisements ALL OVER YOUR PHONE that you have to try to close or swipe out of the way just to answer the phone or make a call. And this is if the phone is not Frozen from all the advertising or not Over heated and you have to keep restarting the phone for hours on end just to make ONE call. When you report the issues they could careless and Require money to Replace the malfunctioning that they screwed you with when all the while they are receiving our hard earned tax dollars in subsidies from the government for providing a crappie non existent service!#!
Call & Write your Governors & Attorney General for your area so we all can obtain an Actual Service instead of a Full on SCAM.

I've had a half dozen of these phones over a couple of years to replace defective ones, and they've all been trash. A long list of bad that can be summed up in one word: PURE $#*!! (OK, two words).
Assurance wanted me to pay $10.00 + tax for... calls 10 cents per minute and 10 cents for each text. I have never experienced such a fleecing. Stay far away!
Phone died on the 1st of August I called they told me 4 times it was cell tower, then it was sim card, tried it it still don't work on the 11th they said they would send a new phone, they didnt, called on 21st she wanted me to run around cell tower again I got mad so she said another 7 to 10 days I would get new phone again, do not do service with this bunch of lying double talking people
Worst cell phones I have ever encountered... AMERICAN FREE PHONE ENTITY with NO U. S customer support! MEXICO or PHILIPPINES ONLY! I have been sent 5 UMX phones in 7- 8 months... COMPLETE GARBAGE PHONES! THEY WILL NOT SEND ME ANOTHER MODEL PHONE... EVEN AFTER ALL THE GARBAGE THEY HAVE SENT AND ALL THE PLEADING I HAVE DONE... It was so fast and easy The application is so short and the staff are so very helpful Before you know it you have a phone! It was an all around pleasurable experience
As I am grateful for government help I believe there are some companies that don't take that responsibility seriously and that is very sad I would not recommend assurance wireless I signed up on the 5th of January it is now the 23rd of February and I still don't have a tracking number for my phone so it is my belief that right now if you sign up with them you're going to wait three or four months before you get a phone to me that is unacceptable and ridiculous that's my comment
Received a letter from assurance wireless stating that ACP guidelines has changed ask me for $5 to upgrade her service back to Premium and unlimited. Then charge the extra $5.98 a car without permission and did not upgrade the service actually downgraded the service told her that the money she paid was for 2 GB of hotspot which was a complete lie and misrepresentation. Then they told her that she could get a iPhone and only $47 would be charged to the card first my wife tried to use her card and it was declined even though the $47 is on the card then my wife asked me for my card I tried to do the same thing and it was declined. I normally use cash app I normally use cash apps and only have one cash at what I want to come off just for scamming $#*! people like them. They tried to build my card $321 two times. And my wife card the same thing then we both got charges from grab of $$9.77 and 89 cent was trying to be deducted. Had to cancel my card and before I can cancel my card they tried to deduct more money. When she tried to call customer service they avoided all the illegal charges that they was trying to do and explanation and tried to explain what the $10 was for but they put a $5 charge on my wife card at 5.99 there was a $10 charge deducted from my wife account and got nothing for it. They are scam and I'm really appalled at this service.
