Lying customer service will have a person wait for nothing wont even call back were is the supervisor?

They really have the best customer service team. Took care of my problem right away and was very polite.
Free plan ok. Email said I could upgrade. 2 wouldn't charge so they sent same as original. Not upgraded!
Ive been given 4 seperate dates for the delivery date of my phone, which i still dont have... from almost 3 1/2 months ago
I am very upset, I have problems with every phone Assurance Wireless sends me. 3 months ago it took me over 2 and a half months to get a phone because the phone I had was unusable, I was told I qualified for a phone for $25 then after talking to repersenitive I would have to pay $35 and I would receive it in 20 days I paid them, did receive the phone called them back after 20 days I was then told they did not send the phone because I had to pay $45. When they finally send it they send it to an old address I had not used in years, they even asked me my address how they got it wrong when they ask me couple times what my address is so then I was told I would have to file a police report before they sent me another phone because they sent it to the wrong address. Same thing happened again a month ago the phone I was sent was not working properly talked to 4 different representatives each one saying "I assure you, you will receive your phone in 3 to 5 business days" none of them could tell me why I was never sent one, then my services was shut off last week and I would not receive a phone until I filed a police report on one of the 2 phones they say they sent me a month ago and send the one in I was currently using!
I have 4 years of experience in the customer service industry and I can tell you the people who work customer service for this company should NOT be working in customer service. They will not listen to you and will constantly cut you off before you can explain more than a few seconds worth of your situation, then say they don't understand the situation but that's because they WOULDN'T LET YOU SPEAK. They have no listening skills and are snarky and unprofessional. They will cut you off saying they "just need a yes or no answer" even though if you're calling customer service, it's probably because your situation is more complicated than a yes or no. Wasted an hour talking to a rep who ultimately just told me the SAME THING I WAS TRYING TO SAY FROM THE BEGINNING, and she wasted her own time because she simply refused to let me say more than a few words at a time even though my situation made it necessary for me to tell my story from start to finish. Furthermore, 3 different representatives all told me completely contradictory information about my account status within the time span of two hours.
Worst company ever. They are PROUD of the fact that they seem untouchable but THEY ARE NOT! THEY aremaffiliated with Virgin/Boost mobile (per assurance rep) but V/B won't even acknowledge that. I am on my FIFTH phone (same P. O. S. UMX phone) and it's the same defect EVERY time. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH USAC.GOV, they are the governing body of the lifeline program. I live in Texas and there is also a separate division for my state and registered a complaint with them also. I am ready to SUE THEM FOR BREACH OF GOVERNMENT CONTRACT, anyone want to join in and make it a class action suit? I have been without service for about 3 months of the 8 I have been with them because of either waiting for phone or the phone stops working. I can only make calls using Google assistant now and can't call 911 at all as GA won't do that. I had to call a few days ago, in fact, and had to hunt a neighbor down to do it! Garbage company with reps that lie (I keep hearing that this is the only phone available but on rep slipped up and said there were 2 others so someone is lying to me. Bottom line, for the crappiest equiptment and the crappiest service call assurance wireless where they assure you that you will end up cursing them and hating them

Answer: No they only have 1 phone, a UMX. They don't work you can't even call Costomer Service with it.
