ISP nightmare
Customers and staff are jumping off the sinking ISP Titanic. Astound broadband had multiple outages over the last few years. After they rebranded their name from Grandecom to Astound, the decline started. Rude, basic knowledge hypocracy and increased billing practices (no outage credit, late fees). When I call in an outage, they quickly deny it. I would then talk with outside plant in the field; they believed me. Talking with Astound tech support in person supported many suspicians. Outside plant, Line technician and Inhouse technicians are frustrated with mismanaged astoundingly arrogance. Talk to street employees who really know. Venezuelans could do a better job.
