They have great service very satisfied with how my phone is now and was very fast definitely recommend them they have fixed my phone three times an every time is great I am clumsy an have dropped my phone multiple times an my kids have to so that is why I've been able to see how good there service is an every time they don't disappoint I get my phone back in great shape screen is always perfect when I get it back! Both services are great an they are very nice with either one when they come to the house or you go in both are great service!

After driving for an hr... the store didn't have the face screen that I needed. I was taken care of quickly and a gentleman was sent to my house to repair my phone so I didn't have to make the long drive again.
I accidentally cracked my screen and the Asurion Home Technician Coverage allowed my screen to be repaired without the need for a replacement phone, data transfer and this was all done with a $0.00 deductible. Phone screen was repaired within ten (10) minutes and the Technician was on his way.

My phne screen was broken on the fron and the back side was cracked also but when i got it back it was like i had a new phone everything was fixed and repaired it was like getting a new phone back when i looked at it i had to turn it on because i didnt think it was mine

100% will use again. The only thing I would've liked was same day service, but that is completely on me as I didn't get there early enough to get it done same day, but as far as Asurion is concerned everything was perfect and the staff was outstanding.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
