Great Experience

I accidentally cracked my phone screen. Filing a claim online was very easy and straightforward. I opted for the 'come to you' option. Kevin, my remote tech, arrived promptly at my preferred time window. He repaired my phone in under an hour. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The 'come to you' option was extremely convenient for me. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Satisfied

Love how awesome they were when needing help with my son's phone. The costumer service have been amazing, outstanding, and outgoing through it all. They have great service on making a costumer day joyful and full of laughter. We need more people like them around to better assist costumers.

Best tech ever

The guy that did my service was amazing. Anyone that has come out has been great. I done have the best experience in store but the mobile service is TOP TIER everytime. Can't recommend them enough... don't go in the store 😉

My Iphone needed repair (broken screen and not operating). Was able to schedule repair in my home the next morning. Technician arrived on time, quickly repaired my phone and replaced the battery. She was pleasant and professional. Could not have been easier.

Outstanding service!

I discovered a cracked screen this morning and filed a claim with AT&T online. They authorized a repair and I chose a place nearby to take my phone for repair. I had my phone back in perfect condition in just a few hours. The staff at the repair center were very helpful and professional.

Amazing service

The technician contacted me (earlier than our scheduled time) and was available even sooner to fix my phone I had just dropped last week. My back glass was in hundreds of pieces. The technician met me at my apartment (even before I got there) and was friendly right off the bat. She repaired my phone in her vehicle right outside my door and it only took her roughly 30-45 minutes. Amazing timing! I got my phone back in the original condition it was in when I purchased it — pristine! I will back this company for life; this was an awesome experience.

Very fast and easy process. This is the 3rd replacement phone for my son. He is on the water most his days and all phones have been lost at "sea". I was surprised with the price increase on a refurbished IPhone 13. Grateful for the replacement but shocked at the increase from $100 -$250.

Awesome

The phone was crack in the front and back the screen was completely green. I couldn't make or received any calls. Instead of me having to pay a deductible of 279.00, it was able to be repaired with zero dollar cost all in the same day

I filed a claim for a repair on my screen because I dropped it and there was a small black dot on my screen that kept getting bigger. I scheduled for repair. Agent showed up on time and was polite and professional. I handed over my device and he returned the device with the issues resolved in about 20 minutes! I am beyond satisfied with my experience

Easy and Efficient

Mr. Phillip did a great job! It was later in the day very cold and he showed up got to work and was done fixing my phone in 15 minutes. I can't thank him enough. It's usually a hassle getting your phone fixed but not anymore. I set up an appointment he drove to me and fixed it where he was parked and I watched the entire process. I was very impresssed.

Simple process!

I would highly recommend Asurion coverage with your phone purchase. As the mom of two teenagers, having the coverage is great. We have had to file two claims in the past 3 months and both have been extremely easy. The claim process is simple and easy. The company they use to do the repairs in the Reno market, UbreakIfix, did a great job and made the whole process seamless.
