Atman-spring

In good faith I purchased this wizard library pictured below from Atman-Spring. I was shocked when my package finally arrived one month later and it was a cheap, knock off version of the "concept of the product" - which was also damaged in 3 places … most importantly not what I ordered. I followed the process outlined in my email to request a return including providing them photos etc to which I was offered a $3 US refund, followed by $5 and then $7…. They said their quality control thought the product was just fine?!?!? Ps I paid $40 plus shipping for this garbage. Each go around through email with "customer service " my requests were refused despite me consistently pointing out this was not what I ordered and it was damaged.
Once I started to investigate further I realized this company was ripping off photos from credible websites and passing the product off as its own. It's obviously they're simply sending a cheap knock off version of what you're actually trying to purchase, hoping to wear you out with their pointless customer service so you'll give up and they can keep your money!
From now on I will do my research and due diligence before getting sucked in to a scam like this. Ps this site was advertised on my social media so I will also be sure to vet anything in future far more carefully … as apparently they don't.

Do NOT buy from this company unless you like throwing your money in the garbage for no reason. It is a fraud and their sole purpose is to scam you out of your money!
