Squadhelp is just a fraudulent company. They cheat you buy selling coins and simply reject your domains with fake and so called Expert reviews. Will always show 0/13 Expert Reviews even for domains that have a good appraisal value (manual). Their Expert review system is just an automated process to reject 92% of the names randomly. If you check their inventory or domains which are already listed/approved - they could be of worse quality than the ones which were rejected for your account.

The review process is another joke. If you submit manual review for your Names it will never be attended to. You should only wait for weeks and then months without any progress. If you contact their customer support - they would just give copy/paste reply.

I would suggest all to stay away from these fraudsters and save your hard earned Money, Time and unwanted headache.

Squadhelp has put in a lot of effort to develop a nice interactive platform but they don't seem to be sharing a fair bit of revenue split with their creatives and maybe that is why creatives are not too motivated to give more time and send better entries. I paid USD 645 for my project which ran for 10 days but I was unable to shortlist any domains so I didn't get any value. The contest should've remained open till I was able to select a domain. Having struggled with friends, family and business associates for several weeks, and coming up with almost nothing that really really suited as I had a very clear idea of the desired outcome, I happened upon squadhelp, opted for the Managed contest and will never regret that decision. The result exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. You guys are just so supportive and incredible

What a wonderful way to get several ideas from many different perspectives. Unlike an advertising agency who may employ just a few idea people, this process puts your needs out to many more people that are not influenced by someone in the same office. My design was really good, but the winning contestant continued to work on it after the contest was over and came up with an absolutely outstanding logo!

Grant, Janice, Deni, and Mae we're all very kind and super helpful. They answered my questions and we worked through some challenges I had with ease. I'll be inclined to use Squadhelp again in the very near future. Gratefully, Craig

Great creative suggestions from participants. However, those who propose premium domain names should not be allowed to participate in the contest unless so required. Overall, great experience again as this is my second contest. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and creativity of the participants.THANK YOU

I had maybe designers and designs submitted to choose from. Each designer communicated well with me, made any adjustments I wanted, respond quickly. My experience here was great and I'll be back if I need anything else.

I'm overwhelmed with the phenomenal talent on display over here. In fact there were so many names I liked - it's a shame I could only pick one. I never expected to receive nearly 350 entries - I found the name I love in less than 24 hours. So grateful and thankful for everyone who participated - especially for their patience and in accommodating my requests repeatedly. Could not highly recommend you guys more!

We were recommended to use Squadhelp and initially I must say, I was a bit reticent. However after seeing the flood of incredible domain names which were wide and varied, I am sold. There is NO WAY I could possibly think up most of them. Another benefit, there is no emotion involved on my part, only the joy of choosing from all those wonderful creative souls who took the time offer their awesome suggestions! It really was such a valuable experience and 1000% worth it

As this was our first competition, a number of times we were uncertain about the next step to take. The system would often prompt us (good!) but not necessarily explain what was involved ("finalise the competition"), even when that was a simple thing. So maybe there's a little room for improvement in the prompts...

Deciding on a winner was the hardest part. So many concepts came through which needed to be worked through but ultimately deciding on one winning design required the input of others around me. My feedback is that this is such an important decision to make, more direction should be given to the contest holders to seek advice and opinions from like mined people so they can make a more informed decision. All in all, this contest produced a fantastic result. Great work, keep it up.

I can happily say that Squad help has been one of the most satisfying, user friendly professional organisations that I have ever engaged with. It is a seamless straight forward tool that achieved a great deal for a minimum time input. Great outcome again guys, thank you

First time user, very happy with my experience. I learned to refine my brief based on early answers to make it clearer which lead to better suggestions. I also enjoyed being able to provide feedback to individual submissions, encouraging more similar ideas, which resulted in a lot of submissions. I expected about 500 submissions and got nearly 1,500 submissions. Will definitely use Squadhelp again and recommend it to others. Thank You.

I thought it went pretty well. There was a lot of names to sort through, but I think I got 2-3 that were usable.

I did get a weird personal message from Jose at the end telling me that the name I chose was "embarrassing" or something, but i don't see how you can manage idiots like that. I didn't really understand why he bothered to say anything.

It was very easy to use. Great online service (I had some questions at 1 a.m. and Janice was there to answer) I received almost 500 submissions from 78 participants. An amazing display of creativity in just two or three days, and I got a great name for my business. Very impressed. Very satisfied. Thanks to everyone in SquadHelp.

Had several entries but only 4 to 5 people actually took the time to do what we asked instead many people just put a bunch of random logos together. But I think we ended up with a decent option overall.

Despite me being incredibly detailed, there were too many entries that were way off the mark. It was exhausting attempting to review 1,100 submissions. We didn't ultimately use the name we selected, but it was very close, and served as inspiration for the one we decided on.
