Having struggled with friends, family and business associates for several weeks, and coming up with almost nothing that really really suited as I had a very clear idea of the desired outcome, I happened upon squadhelp, opted for the Managed contest and will never regret that decision. The result exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. You guys are just so supportive and incredible
Squadhelp is just a fraudulent company. They cheat you buy selling coins and simply reject your domains with fake and so called Expert reviews. Will always show 0/13 Expert Reviews even for domains that have a good appraisal value (manual). Their Expert review system is just an automated process to reject 92% of the names randomly. If you check their inventory or domains which are already listed/approved - they could be of worse quality than the ones which were rejected for your account. The review process is another joke. If you submit manual review for your Names it will never be attended to. You should only wait for weeks and then months without any progress. If you contact their customer support - they would just give copy/paste reply. I would suggest all to stay away from these fraudsters and save your hard earned Money, Time and unwanted headache.

The service is good but too expensive. I also feel that the creatives do not take home a big chunk of money they deserve.

Squadhelp was really helpful to get a name and logo for my business. There are a lot of talented creatives.
Lots of entries- many were not even close but I had 2 creatives in particular that worked really hard to win. I was pleased to have selected one.
Seems to have difficulty with homepage. Customer service has been excellent. Prompt and very helpful to resolve the issues
The experience and support was great. It would be good to add a feature whereby one can reduce the time of the contest
Some of the entries were junk, but most were really thought through. The hardest part was selecting one name from many good options
The coaching in your FAQs on how to put together a creative brief was very helpful, as well as coaching on how to encourage creatives participating in the contest.
Remove entries on our behalf that are clearly not worthy of being accepted OR filter those entries so that they are kept separate to the 'good ones'
Easy to use. Although not the exact name we will use but it does give us lots of ideas to play with.
