My experience was actually great. The only reason why I rated as average is because it takes a number of clicks to get to the entry tab and in many situations I could not post feedback to my contestants without having to copy my comment, refresh the page and then paste. Thanks!

I have used the site for naming my company, and then for a logo, and so far I have had good experiences. I had some minor technical issues that did not last long, and your customer service team was on it faster than the speed of light! Great job!

It was a good experience. We ended up going with a different name altogether but we enjoyed some of the creative names that squadhelp came up with, and it certainly helped us in our consideration of the final name chosen.
I would recommend this site to others as well.

When making modifications, there isn't a designated area to look at just any designs or contestants that submit their modifications. For example, if I want to see a logo with a different color variation.

Sometimes it has been difficult negotiating pathways on the website. Staff very helpful when asked. That was valuable. Overall the experience was reasonably well priced and the quality of work of a high standard.

Make it a little clearer regarding which package I signed up to in respect to the validation service. I could not remember! Otherwise, it's a great service and there were many excellent choices. Thanks

I must say that the service provided by Squadhelp was super impressive and extremely helpful. They will bend over backwards to ensure that you are looked after and get the desired outcome. Very appreciative of the support and extra help when I needed it the most. Thank you!

We were beyond satisfied with Squadhelp! The whole system was very organized and user friendly. Customer service went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered. I was able to send them a message and receive a response within a minute or two which was incredibly helpful! This was honestly the friendliest and most helpful customer service my team and I have encountered in a very long time and we can't praise Squadhelp enough for the good work!

Hard to say. Great experience. I was maybe a bit overwhelmed with the number of names that came in but they were mostly high quality. Maybe there's a way to make it slightly less inundating. It's not a complaint though, I'm just trying to provide constructive feedback.

The Squadhelp team has been excellent. Quick and helpful response on live chat. Useful tips on creating a name was sent to me via email some time after name contest started. Creatives submit good quality entries overall and most of them were very proactive - I can tell they actually read my brief and updates. The audience testing and trademark verification services were done in a timely manner of good quality. Overall very positive experience.

It was nice and very helpful. The only thing I did not like was when people add an entry and comment it afterwards with "you'll like it" / "that's a good one" as obviously the shouldn't rate their own entries nor does this help to convince me;-)

It was amazing to be flooded with so many great entries. There were many great options, but one just perfectly hit the brief and was something i never would have thought of. I have already recommended this site to a friend.

It was the first time I used your service and I have to say I was very impressed all round. I could speak to anyone within minutes when getting on the chat forum. I had loads of responses. One thing I would comment on is that it did seem as if some creatives simply threw names at you, without looking too closely at the brief ie just threw any names they had, possibly thought of before and not taken up. The hardest part about picking someone to design your logo - is the picking part. Squadhelp took that away and made it very easy for me to work with creative people all over the world. Best business decision I've made thus far.

It was a great experience. There were so many names, I wished I had a better way to get through them quicker. I do not think that it would be anything squad help can do but me utilizing my team better.

An option to explain what we did not like would be good. Although I suppose you could add that in the comments. I dont know if adding the items of dislikes in the comments before permanently saying "no thank you" will be sent to the artist. Maybe I just didnt play around with the settings as much as I should. Either way, I am satisfied and actually love this concept site. Keep up the great work!

It was well worth the cost. In a few short days, I had more logo options to choose from than I would have imagined. The creatives with Squadhelp were quick to make requested changes, and the customer support was fantastic. I highly recommend this service for anyone needing a company name, slogan, or logo.

I love this service. I need to admit that It could be challenging at the beginning, some people has no clue about branding names, but most of them are great creatives. The brief should be very clear and not confusing, keep sending messages and targeting the best creatives. I got 600 options. I ended with 20 great names that I tested with some marketing experts/and the target group. They were astonished/surprised for the level! WELL DONE SQUAD! I love you and I will recommend you to all my friends.

Over 1,000 submissions from over 100 people. Several really good names! The process was fun too. Only recommendation is that you encourage those submitting names to leave comments for each submission. I enjoyed getting the creative context for each submission.

Amazing. I was blown away by the quantity and quality of name suggestions. So many ideas and directions I never would have thought about. We chose a name and domain name, hats off to you guys, what a great service!

I wasn't prepared for the number of suggestions I received. It was good but also overwhelming due to the need to rate and respond to everyone. In hindsight I would have chosen less days for the contest. Maybe let people know on average how many responses they can expect.
