Having struggled with friends, family and business associates for several weeks, and coming up with almost nothing that really really suited as I had a very clear idea of the desired outcome, I happened upon squadhelp, opted for the Managed contest and will never regret that decision. The result exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. You guys are just so supportive and incredible
Squadhelp is just a fraudulent company. They cheat you buy selling coins and simply reject your domains with fake and so called Expert reviews. Will always show 0/13 Expert Reviews even for domains that have a good appraisal value (manual). Their Expert review system is just an automated process to reject 92% of the names randomly. If you check their inventory or domains which are already listed/approved - they could be of worse quality than the ones which were rejected for your account. The review process is another joke. If you submit manual review for your Names it will never be attended to. You should only wait for weeks and then months without any progress. If you contact their customer support - they would just give copy/paste reply. I would suggest all to stay away from these fraudsters and save your hard earned Money, Time and unwanted headache.
Overall, very pleased with the experience. However, it was frustrating that many of the contestants were not, for whatever reason, taking note of the messages to all, or the comments to them directly attached to their submissions.
I think the Squadhelp system is excellent. The only limitation was myself. I am happy with our contest winner. I would not have thought of that myself. I thought i did enough research on brand names however In hindsight I could have provided a better brief for the creatives. In saying that we still received over 1200 names which just blew my mind. The difficulty for me was finding a name to trademark and that is one area that i should have researched further. The service provided by Squadhelp is exceptional and will have not hesitation to recommend to others.
In regards to the logo design, we received a lot of outstanding designs. To choose one winner was just too difficult.
I thoroughly enjoyed the process.
Creators were in general responsive and asked questions. I received one name that was close to what I was looking for. I had run another contest before during which I received many more names that were great. That is why gave this rating this time.
I had one creative withdraw soon after the start after wanting to work with me. I wanted differing ideas though which is the great thing about these contests. At the end I had four designs that I would be happy to use, and nearly all the designs were better than what I had in mind at the start.
I just mentioned to someone I spoke with on the phone at SquadHelp that this has been a fantastic experience. I was told about you by a friend and I'm so glad I went through the process. Everything from the entries to the customer service has been outstanding and I would not hesitate to tell others about you.
It was fantastic! I will make sure to share your services with others. I give you a 5 star rating for sure. Excited to have both our new company name and logo done...to think is took 5 days for the whole process is mind-blowing. Thanks to all the creatives and for SquadHelp for building this service.
It has been an insightful & educational experience for me (as I'm not remotely creative). One thing which I found confusing was when 'new' creatives submitted names which where very similar to ones which had already been suggested by a previous creative. As there were so many entries, I was worried about giving credit to a newer entry & overlooking the original idea. I hope this makes sense. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the naming contest & can't wait to launch the logo & tagline contests. I've spread the word about your site & sung your praises plenty! Thank you.
My experience was amazing, I received so many great proposals, it was actually tough to choose. Once I got pretty clear about which one I wanted, the contestant has been absolutely outstanding in making all the adjustements and finetunings. A well deserved award!
I was racking my brain for a great company name which was frustrating and wasting precious time. Within 24 hours I knew what I wanted to call my business. Great service and great customer support all at a fair price! Thanks Squadhelp!
It was a lot of fun there were a lot of good names and everything is streamlined to help you pick names that will work well in the market. What is not elucidated on the platform is how many entries creatives are allowed to enter and that high ratings give them more opportunities to enter. Without this prior knowledge you could severely restrict the quantity and quality of entries to your contest without realizing it.
I really liked the experience. I had more than 600 entries and the designers' engagement was beyond expectations. Audience testing and Trademark review was also very fast and helpful. I will certainly make good comments about the service. Best!
Squad member Grant helped me out through the entire contest and helped me keep the lines of communication open with the contestants. I ended up with a great name for my company. I highly recommend them.
As before with selecting a name, I cannot express how thrilled I am at getting the opportunity for input from so many creatives. While in the beginning it seemed as if vert few really paid attention when reading my brief or messages, the more messages and direct feedback I gave, the more inline with what I was thinking came back to me!
I can't believe how many entries I've received. Creatives are very talented and it was hard to select a winner, so many great names. I'm very happy with the results, thank you so much I appreciate it!
1. In "how to choose a winner" would be helpful to say, find the winning entry, click on the 3 dots, and select the entry as "winner". The current guides says nothing about clicking on the 3 dots. 2. I was surprised when the data does not match. I ran a naming contest and submitted the 3 names for the Trademark. For some reason the names I submitted came back as domains... not the actual brand name + domain name which was confusing to me. Your staff member has resubmitted the Trademark check on the correct winning brand name, not the domain, and we await the form to come back. I am not sure how this happened, am grateful for the kind service to have it rectified. The customer is not sure what needs to be submitted, so it was great your staff were so helpful. Many thanks.
I really like how responsive all of the contestants were. I do like the easy-to-use UI provided on squadhelp. I also like the idea of sending bonuses. I did have an individual submit many revisions and catered to my needs and decided to send him a bonus for his efforts. This was a very great experience and I am fortunate to have found this site.
A fantastic service. Really helped us out starting a new business, as we were stuck for names. We recieved such a wide variety of name suggestions that we could never have thought of ourselves. Highly recommend.
I was very impressed with the breath and quality of ideas. I found the platform easy to use. I used the chat for questions before I chose to go ahead with a contest and also during the contest. Response was fast and personal and resolved all questions or issues I had. Thank you.
Your staff (especially Deni) was excellent! You have a great service and I will recommend it to all my clients at Zoomermedia. I wish I could have reached out to all the individuals who submitted an entry - they did a great job.
My logo competition was a very successful, I was very impressed with not only the number of entries I received but the calibre of entries was excellent. Thanks so much Squadhelp I will certainly be recommending you in the future.
I had low expectations going into the naming contest. I was pleasantly surprised, however. I received nearly 1000 entries! Far more than I expected. And many of the entries were excellent. Reviewing the names and leaving feedback was a breeze. The contest was a complete success.
Refine the process of getting a brief... I don't believe many of the creatives really read through the whole brief... there needs to be a good way to effectively 'crunch it down' for them in such a way that they can digest what the contestant wants quickly. Otherwise, great process.
I was a little overwhelmed by the whole experience. A great deal of time was required to engage fully in the whole process from start to finish. Perhaps if I could have read up more extensively on the whole process I may have been more confident to actually start the contest and fully participate in it.
Found it hard to review the names submitted for the contest on my iPhone. Would have liked to just be able to scroll from the first entries to the most recent and review without having to change the filter
Love the format. I ran two contests; one for name and one for logo.
The name context went really well as did the logo contest... but you get what you pay for. The logo was well done but when I asked the author about different logo sizes, he bailed. I finally just paid the contest to close it out. The logo is awesome but I'll have to hire someone else for sizing, etc.
