I loved all of the participation. I do wish that some of the early entries would have stayed involved. Overall, I have no suggestions. It is a fantastic business model. Thank you.

The experience was good. I wasn't completely satisfied with the options provided, but it gave me some ideas to come up with a modified version from the suggestions.

We had a few hiccups with our contest. There were a few problems with the website and messaging, but we were able to get some crowd source help that was great for our business.

As always, the experience is amazing and we are VERY happy with the results...this was our third contest and we are submitting another one in the next few days. Thank you.

Ended up with a satisfactory name but not something exceptional. My final 3 names included 2 of my own names, 1 of which beat the provided names in the audience testing.

Very good service but I'm not happy that you don't disclose all of the potential fees up front. You continue to bring up more and more fees at each step of the way. Totally not cool!

It was a bit confusing when entries disappeared. Would be nice to know when that happens and why. I took exports a couple times a day and then noticed missing entries that way.

It was easy to use and flexible when we needed to extend our contest. I would use again for a product naming project. I have and would recommend the site to other peers.

The company name contest helped in narrowing the avenues/ideas.

Even if a perfect name is not found, there is enough "raw material" to come up with a good name yourself.

The experience was good. It took a while for the winner to get us what we needed, but we worked together to make it happen. The help I received from the squadhelp staff was wonderful.

We were impressed with the number of entries in the first 24 hours. We also were able to engage with a number of Creatives who continued to give additional ideas.

The pricing tactics, though, were frustrating. When first ordering, we were offered an extra $30 off, but then when checking out, the option was not given. On a chat line, the person on the other side said that they never give $30 off, but they could do $25 off deal.

Later, immediately after the contest, we were sent an email about a super low price for SquadHelp for them to file a trademark on the name we chose, but when checking out during purchase of this additional service, the link did not give us that same low price, but ratherr showed a higher price. When reaching out to Customer Service to ask about it, they said that they had discontinued that price over a month prior, which is strange since we had just received an email with the super low price. So, I decided against hiring them for the trademark application.

This pricing strategy/approach is why my referral recommendation is lower than it would have been. If SquadHelp changes these tactics, I would give them a higher rating.

Very easy experience. Easy to navigate and use. Great customer service and support. They're there during challenges and will help you to get the best outcome.

In the end, I found my name myself, but using a proposition of the contest. So I gave Victory to this proposition but the contest itself did not reach its target.

The instructions that mentioned to create a short list didn't actually say how to do that by selecting the "I Love It" option, I looked for a specific shortlist option for a while until I just decided to try clicking that option to find that it gets added to the shortlist.

I really liked the amount of info I got during the contest. I was guided through the whole process from starting it to the winner selection. Overall it was a great experience.

I'd like it to be slightly less expensive, and I don't like how things i "love" automatically get shortlisted. Also, I'd like to be able to rate after the contest is over.

The service is excellent. I want to avail other services but it is so expensive for me. Looking forward for a cheaper service fees. But still excellent services. Thanks!

Great engagement in my contest, with quality content from the individuals participating. This is my second contest with Squadhelp and will continue to use the service in the future.

This is my second contest and I must say the overall experience was awesome! I was amazed at the overall response to my contest and the numbers of entries. Was very hard to choose the winner too.

Easy to use and you get the results you are searching for as long as you put in the time to provide the feedback to the those involved in the contest.
