I can't find words to describe the customer service at At&t digital life! DON'T get locked into any contracts with them. It's a horrible experience to wait for over an hour to speak to a representative. They should of left the home monitoring to a qualified company that caters to surveillance systems. No background knowledge. Customer services reps are like used car salesman. They don't care! Maybe because they are hourly employees that just work to get a check.
