My children gave me a X-Pack 1 drone for Christmas. They selected it after much research and reading reviews. Excellent choice. I am new to flying drones and this one is very stable and forgiving.
Learning and loving it!
Since it was a gift I do not have an Order Number.

Their trade "assurance" is a joke, it doesn't assure anything except being a huge pain and refunding only 10% of a $6000 order. I will absolutely never ever be using Alibaba ever again and will shout the horrors of this experience to everyone I know, every social media account I can get a hold of, and every review site known to man. I've lost a total of $10,000 on this ordeal and as far as I'm concerned they can go kick rocks.

I ordered a phone from this site and see below the business card of King Q. He calls himself. This was Oct 2021 and I'm yet to see my package. I put a trace and it's in the system as delivered. I went to delivery warehouse which is Aramex Carriers. It shows in their system as in the warehouse but when searched they found no package. This guy is good that he can send bogus shipping and tracking info. I learned my lesson everyone please stay away from this site and especially this King Q

Alibaba tries to be very helpful but they let anybody sell on their platform, there are total scam artists who will send you partial orders and then try to receive more shipping fees, Alibaba is very slow in resolving the issue and the language barrier through customer service and the sellers is very frustrating, beware who you buy from I've had some good sellers but they're hard to find

If you are going to order via Alibaba.com = be prepared to lose your transaction fees, even if the deals do not go through. There are too many scams and sellers who are not genuine producers/factories and I don't think due diligence is being done by Alibaba, from the amount of sellers approaching me. A few deals fell through - and ended up getting my refunds after a lot of hassles. And my transaction fees are not refundable - which is not right in the first place. The customer service is poor in attitude. Felt very cheated.

I placed an order on Alibaba for a printhead costing $1000, plus $30 of express shipping, plus $30.80 for some processing fee, being the total for the order $1060. 80. Then, a few hours after I had made a payment for the order, I received a message from the seller telling me that I had to pay an additional $470 for the order, or I could, otherwise, place a cancellation. So, before I placed the order's cancellation, I was reassured by an Alibaba representative and by the seller that I would receive my full refund of $1060. 80, and I proceeded to place the cancellation Then, for my surprise, I only received $1030 on my refund, and after spending days following and jumping all the hoops from Alibaba.com, they have gotten to the decision not to refund the $30.80, in violation of their word and reassurance of issuing a full refund before I cancelled the order. After all, I did not cause the transaction to be cancelled.

Order some smart watches and they are shipped to wrong state contact the seller she sad don't waste my time guess what I'm never gonna buy anything from them again alibaba just trying to be Amazon which they never be

They only support the seller, never the buyer. When there is a dispute. Even when the items where low quality. Bought chairs from there and they are just breaking. Just used once. Very low quality, Alibaba leaning on the side of the seller

I hopped on the drone train. Ordered the X-Pack 1. Pleased with the quality, though I don't really have much to compare this to. Inexperience didn't keep me from having fun with the device. Trial and error can take you a long way! Durable and intuitive.

This drone is tough and very will built, took a lot of crashes in learning how to fly it an it never broke. I know it will hold up for my grand kids as they learn how to fly it. I'am sure i will have fun with the free helicopter that will be sent.

Was delighted to receive your X-PACK 1 drone as a holiday gift am anxious to take it up for first flight!
Would make one suggestion though, before I do.
The translation to English in your Operations Model booklet is "choppy" at best.
And can be a bit confusing to your users.
Example "To disassembly, press the battery buckle button, and pull back "
More clarity in English would help assure no accidents for your users, both young and old.

Ordered a crypto miner from a merchant on Alibaba. After 3 weeks of no communication they finally shipped it. What arrived was a poorly packaged and non operational Miner. They just threw it in a box with some loose plastic stuffed inside. I applied for a refund through the Alibaba trade assurance program. They rejected the claim and left me stuck with a $7,800 worthless piece of junk. Don't make the mistake of thinking that they operate like Amazon or Ebay. Nothing more than the opposit is true. Their trade assurance is a scam. I will never do business with them again.

I bought from Alibaba from a high rate seller that offered me trade assurance. The seller failed to fulfill the agreement, even after 110 days I didn't get my goods. I complained and Alibaba did not do anything. They just offered me $30 instead of Almost $700.

Hi there I have purchased ebike from Alibaba application.and the company called Dongguan Chuangen Technology Co., Ltd. And my agent was "Helen CAO"
The company is not trustworthy, the shipping says on Alibaba sea freight. And my agent says shipping via train. From China. And she approved my ebike as received? And I haven't received it** So now I'm desputing with PayPal to get hold of them! I hope! So beware even on Alibaba says trustworthy but is not it could be fakes company in China! Likes this one try to scam any of you. Like me very bad experience. Now more the 60 days and I haven't received my ebike. She keeps saying is almost in Europe! What such lie.

Alibaba approved the refund as the supplier sent different good quality, Alibaba always tried to protect the Chinese supplier although I did the order through Trade Assurance & the inspection report showed the poor quality of the goods. Alibaba agreed t send the refund & confirmed that they will send the money back to although the refund was less than 50% of the goods value. 2 months passed & they didn't send the money, they keep giving false promises & false documents that they refund the money to My bank. I advised everyone to know that

Awful customer service, I trusted Alibaba due to its trade assurance claims.
As it turned out the system is flawed and in my case I couldn't apply for a claim for my faulty and damaged products as their claim form did not recognise my bank, when raised they wasted my time until the due date had past, wouldn't recommend, false claims and bad Customer service

I purchased some venue decorations items worth almost £12,000, just to warn others on alibaba, the seller I guess is trying to scam me by not delivering since last year November up till now, seller uploaded fake shipping details saying I received my orders, alibaba is not helping as they keep asking for evidence I'd provided several times, I had to contact PayPal and my bank, we are still on it, but I think its more of an organised crime on alibaba side, even my bank told me I've waited too long but I guess seller was deliberately buy time by telling different stories all the time.

Was sold counterfeit nvidia graphics cards. They were supposed to be " no brand 1060 6gb cards. " the device i. D was modified to lie and say 1060 6gb when they were clearly GTS 450 models as per GPUZ report. They also contained nvidia trademark stickers. I Provided clear evidence they were counterfeit and they refused to refund my purchase. Then I started getting whatsapp scam attemp messages after complaining to alibaba. I rarely use whatsapp but alibaba request your whatsapp info so clearly the scam attempts are through their website.

Keep it up, I bought a basketball net and it came very clean and without any damage. They sell pretty good stuff, also very cheap prices below the average. I fully recommend this.

How would you feel to wake up 1 day and to find that these scums have charged your expired MasterCard with $9,000, without even MasterCard to find out in how they did it, without me or MasterCard receiving any authorisation or other request?

Well, what ever way they did that, their act constitutes a CRIMINAL ACTION, DESERVING THE COMPANY TO BE PUNISHED AND CLOSED DOWN.

Need not to say, when I made the an earlier claim, instead of investigating my claim and refunding me with the money they charged me even an extra 3% for this non-existent protection, they started retaliating me; first by blocking my account for 36 hours, me not being able to pay for my orders, and then by blocking almost all of my debit and credit cards.

It seems they grew so big, even the Chinese law firms are afraid and refusing of accepting cases against them.

Their latest attempt to steal money without my knowledge and consent, gives me the right to warn people and advice them NOT to buy from these crooks and if you have used a credit card already, please cancel it, as you will run the same risk of being robbed like me!

I do thank Hellenic Bank and MasterCard for reversing back the money stolen within 24 hours!

I wait from them now to refund me the other $9,000 Alibaba is refusing to refund me.

By the way, their real name is not Alibaba but Ali Baba, the chief of the 40 thieves!

I have full set of evidence to prove of what i say against them.

Their are thieves and you better keep away!
