Their trade "assurance" is a joke, it doesn't assure anything except being a huge pain and refunding only 10% of a $6000 order. I will absolutely never ever be using Alibaba ever again and will shout the horrors of this experience to everyone I know, every social media account I can get a hold of, and every review site known to man. I've lost a total of $10,000 on this ordeal and as far as I'm concerned they can go kick rocks.
Pred dvomi mesiacmi som si objednal a zaplatil 2x repasovaný samsung S22 Ultra, po mesiaci mi prišiel baliček a v nom 1xIPHONE 13-napodobenina. Tak som napísal na podporu že čo sa mi stalo-chceli odo mna nech im pošlem detaily (fotky daneho zariadenia, samotný balíček-adresu odkial to prišlo a pod)Ak si myslíte že som uspel a peniaze mi vrátili... tak ste na velkom omyle. Jejich rozhodnutie"všetko je vporiadku a žiadne peniaze mi nevrátia" Som na nich velmi nahnevaný a určite mikomu neodporúčam nakupovať na tejto stranke! Záver: Po dvoch mesiacoch nemam ani peniaze ani telefony.! Ak si budete pytať svoje peniaze späť, tak nemate šancu Ešte raz vôbec neodporúčam:
