Their trade "assurance" is a joke, it doesn't assure anything except being a huge pain and refunding only 10% of a $6000 order. I will absolutely never ever be using Alibaba ever again and will shout the horrors of this experience to everyone I know, every social media account I can get a hold of, and every review site known to man. I've lost a total of $10,000 on this ordeal and as far as I'm concerned they can go kick rocks.

Great selection and variety for outdoor clothing and home equipment. Be aware of sellers who pretend to sell from warehouses for "a better price" which isn't the case.
Very easy to fly I would recommend this drone to all ages it almost flys itself the only draw back is the short flight time you will be needing extra batteries over all its a great buy for the money
How would you feel to wake up 1 day and to find that these scums have charged your expired MasterCard with $9,000, without even MasterCard to find out in how they did it, without me or MasterCard receiving any authorisation or other request?
You may say it is magic!
Well, what ever way they did that, their act constitutes a CRIMINAL ACTION, DESERVING THE COMPANY TO BE PUNISHED AND CLOSED DOWN.
Need not to say, when I made the an earlier claim, instead of investigating my claim and refunding me with the money they charged me even an extra 3% for this non-existent protection, they started retaliating me; first by blocking my account for 36 hours, me not being able to pay for my orders, and then by blocking almost all of my debit and credit cards.
It seems they grew so big, even the Chinese law firms are afraid and refusing of accepting cases against them.
Their latest attempt to steal money without my knowledge and consent, gives me the right to warn people and advice them NOT to buy from these crooks and if you have used a credit card already, please cancel it, as you will run the same risk of being robbed like me!
I do thank Hellenic Bank and MasterCard for reversing back the money stolen within 24 hours!
I wait from them now to refund me the other $9,000 Alibaba is refusing to refund me.
By the way, their real name is not Alibaba but Ali Baba, the chief of the 40 thieves!
I have full set of evidence to prove of what i say against them.

Be aware of these scums and do not share your credit/debit cards with them. They will rob you for sure...

They stole my money without buying anything
I have often heard that alibaba.com is full of counterfeits. Every now and again I search the internet for my own handmade greeting cards just to see what comes up and to see how high my own website comes up in the search. Every time recently I have found yet another scam website claiming to have stock of my cards that only I have possession of. This time I found some of my cards on alibaba.com, probably more than I actually saw, maybe all of my online ones, and the only differences are the price and a place to click on to fill in a form to get quotations. They won't be able to exactly duplicate what I've made, and I am virtually certain that the quality will not even come close if they try. They stole my images and description off of amazon.com when I had them for sale there, but their images are blurry and the whole listing of the one I was looking at is about as schlocky as alibaba are. I suppose that maybe I should be flattered that so many scam websites are stealing my designs, except that none of them have them in stock as they claim nor will they get them from me, and should anybody on alibaba try to duplicate them the buyer will get an inferior product, as well as a stolen design.
It flew great and I crashed it a lot but it was just fine in the end. It was a durable and a strong drone I had a lot of fun flying it around outside, and I would recommend this to any one!

Our first transaction with Alibaba was the worst experience we had in the last 20 years in business. We purchased some stock to the value of USD 1200 to try out a factory. About 60% of the stock arrived to us damaged and 10% of the stock was wrong – in other words 70% of the stock we cannot sell and it is going in the rubbish bin.
We then opened 2 claims for the damaged stock, one with the factory (Shenzhen U Decoration Materials Co., Ltd) and one with the shipping company. After multiple emails back and forth, Alibaba said the factory and the shipping company were not responsible for the damage as "the damage was not big and it is difficult to say who caused the damaged". Nice one!
Regarding the incorrect stock that we didn't order but we paid for, the factory actually admitted liability for the mistake in writing but Alibaba said the stock was close enough to what we wanted so the best they could do was 50% refund. Unbelievable!
Throughout this whole experience, it was very obvious to us that Alibaba was on their Country seller's side at all times. And Alibaba simply refused to answer our clear and simple questions about their refund rules and other basic questions that we had. They have a very vague script and they stick to it repeating the same story in every email. Alibaba's service is sub-standard and their impartiality is non-existent. And by the way the Trade Representative, simply closed the case with ZERO refund. What a joke.
If you think Trade Assurance protected you, think again. And buying product from Shenzhen U Decoration Materials, it should NEVER be on your list.
We personally will stay away from Alibaba in future.
Tip for consumers:
- Never trusted the site if you are being protected by Trade Assurance when come to dispute. Think again!!! They covers up each other and Alibaba only protected their own sellers in China.
- If you source freight forwarder on it platform, make sure you ask for all the documentation immediately. As for us, we only found out the Insurer "suppose" to be our insurance policy, is under a completely different name.

This drone is lots of fun. It took a little time with several crashes before my hand, drone coordination was completed. There was no damage at all.
I'm a big fan of Alibaba. For getting products at cheap rate and high quality products, Alibaba would top the list. Always had very good experience.
Just got it and was in the air in about an hour. So much fun. So far all indoors while learning. Couple of crashes with no visible damage. I love it!

Alibaba are scammers and lots of suppliers are scammers too. Bought an expensive machine for thousands and broke on first use. Ali won't refund.
This drone is an awesome beginner for my son he loves it. Its a very good drone for someone that is wanting to learn to how to fly one.

Alibaba is no Amazon when it comes to customer satisfaction. They would have you believe that if there is a problem with a purchase, you will have recourse. Not so. If you have a problem and dispute the purchase, prepare to go through a lengthy arbitration process and in the end improbable satisfaction. The process adjudicated by inexperienced personnel who do not know quality, have diffent standards or have not heard or the Alibaba quality assurance guaranty. They have difficulty communicating and may be working on multiple disputes ranging from clothes to electronics to construction equptmnet.
When you buy from their suppliers you are more than likely to receive not what you ordered, but something reasonable close. The color may be off, the item might come disassemble from what was picture, material and finish substitutions, and even small size differences. This by Alibaba standards is acceptable quality? If you file a dispute, you might get a token concession from them but nothing in the way of true satisfaction. So in the end you will eat it.
The cost of returning anything to China is outrageously expensive. The cost of shipping is perhaps five plus times more expensive for us to send something from here by UPS then for them to send it to us. So if you dispute a purchase and there supplier is at fault, they either have to force there supplier to give you a refund or make you eat it. I am not sure in the history of that company they ever made a supplier do a full refund. This is a payment in advance website with little recourse, you will not be able to do a Credit Card charge back since the transaction is with Alibaba not the supplier. As they say…. You pays your money and takes your chances.
