This is an email I received from this company when I tried to follow up on batteries not delivered,
QUOTE You seem like a complete idiot.
1) You are not even looking at out reviews, its another business
2) Paypal are not going to care or listen to what you say.
3) Your item has been DELIVERED as per the tracking number we provided you in the last email, go and collect it.
Stop being a time wasting Muppet, go and get your items and dont email and waste our time again.

Six months ago I complained to Paypal, Visa and Mastercard about Aubatteries. That the product sent to me did not work that the return address for warranty issues is fake it is made out to be local to you same as the website when all of it is really Hong Kong based. That fraudulent address is still posted on their website. They do the same thing from United States at http://www.usbattery.net/ and UK http://www.ukbattery.net/ The whole system supports fraud. Sitejabber seems to me to be the best to fight against it.
My v6 machine needed a new battery so I ordered and it didnt fit so I contacted them straight away and after not hearing from them I emailed again and again and was told I have a v8 which I dont and that they do not except exchanges
