Ordered boots for my daughter for Christmas. Initially, they were very quick to respond to questions. Then tracking was suspiciously confusing. Tried to contact them several times... no reply and website no longer exists. I think this fake company may have many different scam websites. Never rec'd boots. Was able to stop credit card payment. Beware... this is a terrible scam.

Ordered boots for my daughter for Christmas, after several emails to them they did send the boots. The color was wrong so I emailed them again and they were suppose to get back to me and never did. Ever since Christmas I can't even get their web page to come up! I guess I wasted $92.00 and my daughters boots do not fit and are the wrong color. Beware!

I was also ripped off by this company. I ordered UGGs before Christmas and received a pair but they were fake/counterfeit. They looked remarkably authentic and were even in seemingly authentic packaging but when my wife tried them on they were uncomfortable and significantly smaller than real UGGS. I ended up buying her a real pair from a local retailer and we could see the difference. I tried reaching out to the merchant, but no luck. I've filed complaints with the FTC and the BBC, among others. I encourage others to do the same. For those of you who can't access the website, it has conveniently changed to aubootspremium.com. I also ordered boots from aubootspro. I ordered them on the 10th of December and still have not recieved them! I contacted the company and they said they were in China on the 23rd... that was 11 days ago... still nothing! Definitely a scam!

I had also order boots from this website it took them three weeks to sent them to me. I would never order anything from them again but now i see the website is no longer avaiable

A scammer website, they get your money, act like they are sending your boots, and they never come.
