Slow. When they do have artwork for you they then try to bait and switch you into buying a "license" you do not need and refuse to take no for an answer unless one threatens legal action. The artists are good. The services people crooks. AVOID at all cost.
They will tell you that they're an Australian business but in fact they're located overseas in America.

When you do a domain whois lookup of aussielogo.com it will show you that the domain was only registered 14 days ago on the 17th of May 2021 but yet they will tell you they have been operating for many years.
Also another warning sign is their domainname aussielogo.com if they were an Australian business would they of not registeerd the. com.au domain instead of. Com, this is because they have no ABN
