I had initially asked for a Leaf Filter sales guy to look at my project. Big mistake. Obviously tried to sell me more than was necessary and would not accept my desire for a quote only at that point. Had to ask him to leave my house.

On a local bulletin board website I asked for any recommendations and was referred to Austin Gutter King. Weston came out on my schedule and suggested I needed about half what Leaf Filter was talking about and gave me 30 days to decide. I did not need 30 days.

Alberto came out, again on my schedule, and put in a long day to complete the project.

We contacted Gutterking about an estimate, within two days we met with a rep at our home, received quote and scheduled install. Installers were efficient and kept our space clean. We love both the look and function pf the gutters!

I interviewed 6 different companies in the Austin area in making my decision to contract with GutterKing to get my new gutters and guards installed. Jordan is the person who explained the options to me and answered all my questions. He was the most credible and responsive contractor I met with in the course of getting myself educated about gutters and guards. His integrity and straightforwardness (No BS) was a big factor in my decision. I chose the leafblaster pro which was the midrange option that suited me. The installers arrived on time, the weather was great. Now we will see how things go when rain comes. We certainly need it. Gutter King's warranty is excellent and the company personnel function as a team. Their warranty and the leafblaster product were also selling points for me. I learned about the importance of gutters and guards only recently after being a homeowner in my current home for 15 years. They are important for preserving foundations in the Texas radical weather. This is something I wish I knew about earlier. But it is not too late to take effective action per an engineer's recommendation. He did not specifically recommend a particular gutter installer, but I did my own due diligence, and chose GutterKing.
