“I was looking for a lost family member”

I was looking for a lost family member. The site advises that numerous different record types are available eg deaths, marriages, addresses. However, after I paid my USD$59 and accessed the site, none of this information is available. There are numerous coplaints about this site. Refer www.complaintsboard.com
