STAY AWAY from this place. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS. Wont return emails can never talk to a manager or owner 8 times I called never a manager. Painted hood color doesn't match & has tons of debris in finish. Cant refund you or credit you. Your basically stuck with garbage.
I have been waiting for a month on my car part never got a call never got an email only when I emailed them it's not dry two day I give them a week same thing it's not dry two days I cancel order never got a confirmation order was canceled nothing so I call again they say oh yes your order was canceled I say Where's my money it will be 5 to 10 business days when was y'all going to tell me that or let me know the cancellation went through very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend them to no one

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It was and still is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bumper and had it painted. Long story short it was painted the wrong color called them they said to send pics of the bumper along side the car so I did. Never heard anything. I have been calling and emailing and I am never answered via email and always hing up on or put on hold when calling the number. For the last two days we have been put on hold for over 2 hours and 30 minutes and they say they will get right back to us and we are hung up on. I am sitting on hold as I type this. My call was answered, I was put on hold, a gentleman came on and I spoke to him about my difficulties the amount of times I have been on hold and hung up on etc... he puts me on hold and here I sit... no answer or response but they have not hung up on me. I have been on this phone call now for 21 minutes and 13 seconds. That is all I can say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I can't agree more with the other less than positive reviews: I Ordered a part and offered to pay by electronic payment which these days is as good as cash, (I did not want to use a credit card) - they could not do it. I reluctantly gave credit card info over the phone and was assured the order would be shipped in 10-15 business days (ordered a painted part). After 10 days - gave them a call to check, after being put on hold (every time) for an average of 5 - 10 minutes, was told they never got credit card info - so never began processing the order. The call ended with the customer service rep, hanging up - very nice. I tried again. > Hold. Hang up, > Hold hang up,, I Thought maybe - technical issues? Finally got through on a call a few days later (four weeks from placing original order) after 18 minutes on hold... the response was. "oh. The order was... cancelled ''' my reply back was.'Oh really, I never received a cancellation notice - can you please tell me who cancelled the order.?" their reply was, (with fumbling of paper in the background). "let me check..." moments later the line went dead - they hung up.

Got the cover it fit perfect. Was very pleased with the service. Will consider using this company again
Horrible, terrible experience do not recommend to any1 ordered part 3 weeks, 15 business days later no info no tracking order. Was lied to on day 15 partt was drying, was told to contact manager after weekend day 16 bisness day, part was not painted and received extremely rude customer service from MANAGER threatening to cancel order! Was also hung up on and on hold for 15 min So I canceled it then and there, day after still no refund into accnt, out $267.00
auto-bodyparts.com is a ripoff! I ordred a mirror and it took them 2 months to get it to me! I had already given up and bought another one. They were very rude on the phone and hung up on me several times. Not only that, i believe they gave my account info out to another scam company that hacked my checking account. I ordered a front bumper cover for my HHR IN April 2016.
By June 21ST the paint was peeling.
I called them the next day and she said she would call back.
I called again today June 27rh, they were rude and wanted to send me a replacement, I told them I just want my money back. He told me to bring the part back and they would refund me. I said I would ship it back but they would need to pay for return shipping since I was 1 1/2 hours away and it was not my fault they did a crappy job. They refused to pay for return shipping. So I said I would call my credit card company to file a dispute. He replied if you do that I can't help you further. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF, STAY AWAY!. I wish I would have read the reviews first.
I made the mistake of going against all the bad reviews of to not order from this company I placed my order for a hood and payed $150 for shipping on 04-06-19 I called 2 days later because I didn't get any confirmation and the guy I talked to was so rude and he told me my order would be shipped that Friday 4-12-19 still no confirmation email or shipping info so I called again 4-17-19 and again got a rude lady and she was being a smart $#*! saying order take up to 10 business days to process and she told me it would ship that week so later on that day I got a email saying that I need to call before they could process my order so I called this morning and again another rude lady she told me that the company that usually deliver stopped delivering oversized items in my area and that they would have to send it freight and I would have to pay another $170 on top of the 150 shipping I already paid so a total of $320 for shipping i was pissed I've been waiting for this hood for the longest and now
