DON, T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
Ordered part, they charged my card, said would receive tracking number, did not!
Did not receive part, tried to call them, unable to contact them, tried email through there site many times, no response! After a month of part, I called credit card to report fraud, found they recently credited my card account.
I ordered a painted fender. The price was very clear on the website. I received a confirmation email clearly showing what I ordered and the price I expected. I should expect an email when the item shipped. That was Febuary 12,2016. Three weeks later I called them they said they did not have the part in stock. It would ship when they did. April 7,2016 I still do not have my part. I contacted them asked if they had the part in stock, yes I was told. I asked if they were going to ship it to me for the price I ordered it, because now it was $80.00 more. No they said it would actually be $303.00 not the $130.00 I ordered it for because there was a mistake on the website. I told them but even when I place a new order it is still only $175.00, where is the $303.00 coming from. There must be a mistake on the website they said. As a customer I told them my order should have been placed on back order then shipped when it came in for the price I was quoted and confirmed my email. They very rudely told me they don't work like that. I was yelled at, called a stupid woman, told to get a job, told I have to much time on my hands. Told he was saving our conversation to prove I threatened to write a bad review. I advise anyone to steer clear of this company. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and they certainly do not deserve our hard earned money. It is my assumption that they realized that they made a mistake on the price and they did not want to stand behind their confirmation. However they still do not have correct pricing on their website, at least according to them. Be aware it seems they are not honest.

Horrible experience dealing with the website. First I ordered my parts and never recieved an email confirmation. I called back and they sent the email. A little scary. Next the claimed they need 2-3 days to ship items. It has been 6 days and my order has not shipped. I called on the fourth day and was assured it would ship that day, that never happened. I called the following day and was put on hold for 40 minutes. They gave me a fedex tracking number that doesnt exist which means it was never shipped. I called the following day and they gave me a ficticous story of how the packaged was returned by fedex because it was oversized and that was why i had not received my package. The blammed the problem on fedex when all the ultimate responsibilty fall on the site. The only resolve i got was that the package was going to be sent via greyhound and i would have to wait another four days and drive a half hout out of my way to the nearest station to pick it up. I asked for them to pay the shipping what ever the cost since that was what the advertised on the site: packages ship free to your doorstep in 5-10 business days. This was not the reality and could not be farther from the truth. In the end it took 14 days and a one hour round trip drive to the greyhound station. THe customer support lady Leanne was incredibly unhelpfull and rude on the phone. Stay away from this website!
This company is awful! I ordered a bumper skin after my wife slid off of the road. I filled out the online order form and it showed shipping for around $18. I was planning to pick it up at their site originally, but the shipping was very reasonable. There was a 5% discount if paid by check. I was in no big hurry for the part since the car still ran fine. I sent a check for the amount indicated on order form. I waited a couple of weeks and didn't hear anything so I contacted them via live chat. They said that I didn't pay enough for shipping and they would not process the order. They said that they emailed me about this, but I checked again and never received anything from them. They asked me what I wanted them to do with my check. I decided to make a trip to the Chicago area and pick it up on Good Friday. I contacted them with my intentions. I also called to confirm this and be sure that they would be open that afternoon. The man said the order was being taken care of, there was just enough time to get the check cleared, get the part and get it painted, and he personally would be there.
I got to their unmarked building on that Friday afternoon. The man that I had spoken to was not there, just one poor fellow in the office who had no clue what was going on. He checked and said they did not have the part and would have the man that I talked to call me Monday. He said that the bumper was coded in as a bracket and that was why the shipping was so far off.
I waited two days for the return call and never heard anything. I contacted them via live chat and they got very rude like it was my fault that they didn't process my order two separate times. They said that the check was returned after the first issue, but I still haven't received it. I told them that I drove almost 250 miles each way to pick it up. Their response was that they were sure that I was in Chicago for other business as well, not just to pick my bumper up. Like that is a reason to not fulfill their end of a business order.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and they are ignoring them too.
They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with! AVOID THEM., SAVE THE HASSLE THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD PAINTED CAR PARTS COMPANIES OUT THERE
