Auto Forward

I had the same thing as Kathy. A concerned parent that tried to do her homework and went through a bunch of different programs until I found Auto Forward. Auto Forward was the best software I found and it helped me take care of my kids. LOVE this app!

Auto Forward worked great! I honestly wasnt expecting it to work all that well, if at all with just the nature of these products, but I honestly got all the information I wanted and more! Im super satisfied.

Do not buy this product. You have to download on the phone you want to monitor, it doesn't tell you that, then there is no way to get your money back. No person to speak to at all! Still fighting to get back my money!

Never update.
After all installation they will politely ask you to ROOT the target device.
By that time you would have lost access to the target device.
Then they sent a link for another app. How COOL (stup! D) is that?

This app does not update in real time. Or even every few hours. I tested it with my daughters phone. 15 of the 22 text messages came through within 24 hours. 0 of the 5 deleted messages came though. 0 of the 5 photos taken came though. The location was not very accurate. Was within a half mile but that is not acceptable when the phone didnt move for 5 hours. I tested it for 3 days then asked for a refund. That was 3 weeks ago. I have 3 emails telling me they are processing the refund and it will take 3-5 days but still nothing 21 days later. My opinion is this company is an over seas company using a NY address and selling American consumers a shady product.

My daughter told me she was being bullied, but wouldn't tell me anything else. I didn't have many options so I installed Auto Forward to her phone so I could see what was actually being said. The disgusting girls at her school were ganging up on her on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and text messages. I gathered all the information and took it to the school principal and got them suspended. I had to protect my daughter and Auto Forward allowed me to do that.

When I log into my online account, I get to see everything that's happening on the phone I'm monitoring. Though there is a lot of information in there, everything's neatly categorized and organized. There are sections of overviews, summaries, and details. I also have the option to download and extract reports which are very helpful during the times when I can't really stay online and see the activities in real-time. All reports contain everything I need and include copies of the data exactly how they appear on the phone.

As a parent in this age of smartphones and computers, it's been a real struggle filtering the content that my kids come across online. Good thing I purchased this monitoring app from Auto Forward, its content and keyword filter features makes it a great parental control tool. This really helped me protect my kids from cyber bullies and inappropriate content.

They promise a refund if you have not activated... lies I purchased, and 3 days later decided i wanted a refund since I had not activated it. Jacqueline Robinson is lying to me stating it has been activated so I may not get a refund. Friends with Channel 5 investigator, they will be pursuing it if not resolved. Jacqueline, you haven't seen the last of me.

I tried every monitoring app out there to monitor my kids and I have never been happier than when I installed Auto Forward. Besides being easy to install and use it sent me everything I was looking to find out. It was a really great experience.

They false advertise, they take your money. You ask for a refund, they tell you it's been processed. They will tell you to allow 3-5 days, you will never get your refund and they will stop answering you. Fraud's do not use.

My son was in his rebellious teenage years and would go missing for the day, but he would always come home before dark. I had installed Auto Forward to his cell phone just in case and boy was I happy that I did! It was getting super late so I checked the GPS on the dashboard and it showed that he was in the middle of the woods. In freak out mode I drove straight there to find him with all of his buddies drinking and partying in the woods. So he's now grounded but thank god that I got him when I did because the cops apparently showed up 10 minutes later.

I am happy that I was easily able to monitor GPS, calls and even texts. It was very simple to install and monitor. I was very impressed that the GPS was accurate and reported every 5-10 minutes or so (as far as I could tell because I was monitoring from my own phone). I was able to view texts in the order of which dates they were sent and it made it very simple. The phone number they texted and who texted them was there also. What I REALLY like was call recording, it was crystal clear. I am very happy with my Auto Forward purchase.
Everything worked really well. My experience is really good so far.
Before purchasing Auto Forward, I was caught with a scam app. I don't normally post reviews, however I hope this helps someone out.

It worked great! Fast, easy and most of all he never knew it was on his phone which made it really nice being that I got to see everything he was saying to his whore! For anybody in a situation like this I know how hard it can be to make the decision to use software like this, but let me tell you, it is well worth the money and the time. Clarity and peace of mind is well worth it.

I don’t like things that are hard to use, and I’m not great with tech. Auto Forward was simple to install. I just had one small question about the app, and I actually got a live person on the phone. I was really impressed. I use the app all the time and told friends about it too.

I travel a lot so my husband has a lot of time on his hands. Recently, I found out what he was doing with this time that he had on his hands. He was banging the next-door neighbor! Not anymore LOL. Auto forward is a godsend. I use this to access his phone from where I was staying and he never knew it. Everything he did on his phone was mine to see. I even saved it to my old phone for the divorce proceedings which I will gladly provide to the judge. I have copies of his calls. I have printouts of his text messages and enough to bury him for good. Not only am I going to divorce his dumb $#*! I'm undertaken for everything he's got two. Thank you auto forward for giving me the information I need.

I am very happy with my purchase of auto forward. October 4 to load me tomorrow to my daughter and watch every move she makes. I used it to monitor her iPhone and see the communications she was making. I never had to have her phone in my possession and the software worked quite well. I am very delighted with my experience with this product. I even called her office to tell them what a pleasure was dealing with them and what a fabulous piece of software they had developed. When put to the right use the software can work wonders.

Without ever touching my phone my wife stole all of my texts and stuff from my phone using this so called "parental monitoring app". Since when am I the child and she is the parent. This is an invasion of my privacy. The company claims that this is a app for parents and employers. BULL! It is a stalking app that should be banned.

This program allowed me to stop helicopter parenting my kids (and they we're so thankful)! I installed this program into my teenagers phones and I was able to log on to the dashboard to see what they were doing any time I wanted. I don't know what program you people are getting, but this is most definitely not a scam!

I'm so sorry to hear that you had issues. I don't know who you talked to but I was having trouble getting the information too, but I called in. I hate talking to those automated machines that seem to get you no where so whenever I call anywhere with an issue I make a point of asking to speak to a real, live human being. Anyway, I called the number on the homepage and talked to a woman named Jackie (sweetest woman ever!) and she helped guide me through exactly how to install the software and what I had to do. Now the software is working perfectly and I'm so happy! Trust me call and ask for Jackie! She's the best! Hope this helps anyone else.

I did not even install this software. I requested a refund within three days of purchase. I am over 2 months later and NO REFUND! They keep telling me it's processed but I have received NOTHING! Emailed them again today to see what the latest excuse is!

This software got the job done when my employees clearly weren't. It lead me on to their lazy ways, showing me all their texting, calling, and social media. I would've been totally clueless if it wasn't for Auto Forward.

Its actually a worst application and no support available. You have to take the target phone with you to install the app however they are claiming that without phone you can install the app. After purchase you have no other option. Now where should I go after wasting my hard-earned money to monitor my child which is in a different city. Its such a WASTE OF MONEY.
Even After installing the app most of the features are not working. To whom I should contact.
