THESE PEOPLE SEND YOU WHATEVER 'THEY' WANT, THEN KEEP YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE ANY REFUNDS, AND WILL EVEN MAKE 'YOU' PAY FOR WHATEVER THEY SENT TO YOU BE SENT BACK! (if I could give them a -5, I would have, but this site makes us put at least 1 star)

I ordered a part on 9/11, shipping label was created 9/12. My order instantly disappeared from my account in their site and I never received the confirmation email of my purchase. If I hadn't taken a screenshot there would have been no way to prove that I ordered anything. You can get no one on their customer service line and it takes days for them to respond to an email. After finally asking for a refund 15 days later, the package miraculously started moving and finally arrived 2 days later. I will NEVER order from them again and I will make sure I tell everyone I come in contact with, for the rest of my life, that is looking for parts to not order from them. Frustrating and unacceptable customer service!

My story seems to be the same as all of the other reviewers. Ordered a part kit, what I got was nothing like the pic. A bunch of parts in a torn up unmarked box, missing some and impossible to get missing parts sent. Make you jump through hoops and then ask you for the same info AGAIN, and still no parts.sent. Oh and if I want a refund, I have to PAY to send back the parts I did get and then they will decide if they feel like refunding me the money. Okay they say they will "review" my return but it means the same.
These people need to be stopped.

This seems to be their method of operation, just guess but it might explain the second hand packaging with missing parts.

I ordered a cabin air filter for my car. I paid in full. It never arrived. I have spoken to them about this and they said they would investigate and get back to me. That never happened. I bought a similar, higher quality replacement on eBay motors which arrived very quickly and was cheaper. Don't waste your time and money with Auto Buffy.

Glad I seen this before buying any parts I don't need to be gong in circles over not receiving what I buy. Someone is always doing the scamming taking people hard earned money what eve is going on they need to fix the problem or better just take down the site in all if it's to much to ask making the customers happy

Be aware! They are 3rd parties and liars about the return. I got a steering rack, installed and the tech couldn't reprogram it because it was the wrong part. It cost me $1000. I took it to the dealership to try maybe they can reprogram it with no luck. Ended up repairing the vehicle there and buying another rack with 2 years warranty and peace of mind. Auto Buffy declined my return. It is a fraudulent parts shop. There is a review from their former employee that explains how fraudulent they are. Stay away, stay away. Good luck.

Auto Buffy is a fraud and should not be allowed to steal money the way they do. If they do actually send you auto parts, which is a 50/50 chance, at best, chances are, they will be wrong parts. GOOD LUCK getting them to answer the phone about wrong parts. I have been trying for 3 days at 10 to 15 times each day, different times of day and THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Run from this company. They are the worst.

Ordered Detroit Axle 10pc Front & Rear Drilled Slotted Rotors and Ceramic Brake Pads Kit on Sept 22 and was supposed to be delivered on Sept 30th. I have gotten 4 pieces, still missing 6 pieces as of Oct 7th. When I finally got my 2nd part they were missing the cleaner and break fluid and also didn't send me the right rotors and wanted me to pay to ship back. I went back and forth with customer service so in the end i went to autozone and got the right rotors for $200 going to your local autozone or auto parts store would be the best thing. I would not recommend Auto buffy to my worst enemy

This morning, Dec. 12th 2023, I placed an order online and the system crashed. A message appeared stating that I will be contacted soon, which did not happen. I waited a couple of hours, realized that my card was debited, but I never received an email, order number, confirmation number or anything. I then called their customer service number and the guy said to me that yes, the order is placed. I then request an email asking for evidence or proof of my purchase, because I not only have a right but also as a paying customer, I need evidence of my purchase and the guy on the other line had the nerve to say: "does it matter?" Of course, it matters, did we go to school together or who exactly does this person think he is to be so disrespectful to a customer. Not just that, but then he hung up the phone on me meanwhile I was talking. I would highly recommend management of this joint to train their employees properly. And no, I do not recommend them and will never work with them again. I am still waiting to see if they will honor my request to cancel my order and receive a refund in a timely manner. I can't add proof of purchase because they never gave me one.

I purchased motor mounts and spent $60, it never arrived. They insisted they sent it with FedEx but the tracking number was fake and when I let them know, autobuffy said it's delivered and they will not refund. It was delivered to the wrong address, I asked them to file a lost claim with FedEx and they refused. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
