The charge a service fee to cancel a subscription. Buyer beware this platform is misleading. My account was flagged for trademark issues after using the platform. They gave bad advice.
I am not sure how did this company got high reviews! Their customer service is so bad and unprofessional! I got charged twice for a service and they refused to refund me! But that's not the important part, the important part is the amount of unprofessional conversations I had with several employees of this company! Absolutely horrible! STAY AWAY from this company if you want to succeed!
