Bad experience. Ordered parts 010715. Shipping label created on 010815. They say it left their warehouse, that UPS forgot to scan package. For three days? I don't believe so. It is now 011015, package still doesn't show up on UPS or USPS. Paul wrote the name down wrong. I am told the visa card would have displayed correct spelling. He blamed me for choosing surface mail. Really. They are in Tempe, I am in Southern Utah. Should've been here by now. Should've showed up on tracking.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered 10 spark plugs they sent me 6 of the wrong brand. Good luck getting in touch with them. I have used their system to reach them and no response! They tell you to please call them in the email they send you, but when you call they tell you to just go to their website and fill out a form for them to reach back to you? BS!

I had ordered several parts for an old MB. All came in except air filter, they sent vacuum element instead. The catalog clearly states OEM air filter but the small description under air filter called it vacuum element. I requested a return for a $23 part, cost of return $22. The only way you can communicate with this company is via email. Response time is 2 to 3 days. Once you hand over your cash your ability to resolve issue is zero. I looked at their website again and found another

Stay away! Customer Service is beyond terrible...worst I ever encountered. I ordered floor mats as a guest (didn't create an account) and received wrong floor mats about a week later. So I went online to start the return process using the AutoHausAZ website and encountered a form, which I completed and sent. Two days later I got an email telling me what to do.and I followed instructions but the process didn't work because (I needed to sign to my account but I don't have an account). I have an order number but I was stuck because I didn't placed my initial order while signed into AutohausAZ account. I then tried calling AutohausAZ Customer Service Number but that turned out to be nothing more than a recording telling me to use the website...a complete circle-jerk! The AutohausAZ website also references a Chat feature but I couldn't find any way to initiate a Chat session. My question (how to return the floor mats if purchased as a guest?) should only a few seconds to answer. Instead for days I have been running a customer service brickwall at AutohausAZ without any success and not hope of getting this simple matter resolved.

Received very poorly packed parts, they were failing out of box and the left and right parts don't match, they don't have the same nuts and the dust boots have different color fasteners. When I went to return them locally no one was available, just a cardboard box outside the locked entrance saying returns. Tried to reach customer service, phone number tells you to go online and hangs up. Used the chat and was told I needed to get a return authorization before I can return. In addition to not being able to speak to anyone, they insult you on the chat. I used to love AutohausAZ because of their customer service. I think they forgot that they are not the only site that sells European auto parts, it was their customer service that differentiated them from the others. I'll move my business elsewhere which is a shame, I've bought thousands of dollars in parts over the last decade plus from them.

The part didn't fit my engine, even know I gave them my year model and all the required details. No live customer service. It took over a day to get a response. "Unfortunately we do not have Technical support. But this part does have restrictions on it as specified in our catalog" The catalog isn't available for the customers to see, and they never mentioned restriction while I was making the purchase.

Placed a big order online, total was around $800 plus shipping $90. Took them more than a week to put it together and send it out. Parts arrived damaged, plastic from alternator cover is broken but no pieces inside the box, so it was shipped like that. Took pictures and emailed them, but they just ignoring me. Never buying anything from them.
Ordered 2 rear brake disks that were on sale. They fit my model according to the description, $30 for shipping. When they arrived they didn't fit. Apparently I didn't do my research through a Mercedes VIN search. Then a $60 credit deduction for the return shipping! Using their live chat, there were no solutions, offers, or concessions given. $90 down the drain for nothing. Stay away!

I've been ordering from these guys for a long time. I placed an order 10 days ago and the order still hasn't shipped. They make up lies why they haven't shipped the order and promised my order would be shipped, they even told me the order is shipped and gave me a tracking number that doesn't show the freight company has received the order. I will never order anything from them again. Don't get sucked in to buying anything from them their customer service is terrible. I understand why they won't let people call them and they will not call you back when you request a call.
Price was listed, I bought the item, they then cancelled the order saying the item is not available, only for me to go to the website and find the item I bought at a higher price. It was about a $20 increase on an almost $130 item. They have lost a customer.
They show bogus part numbers or no part numbers on their site. You may end up getting the wrong part, as I did. When I returned the item the same day I received it, my refund was reduced by shipping charge to me and a HIGHER shipping cost to send it back. Use someone else for your purchases.

I have ordered from rockauto for years now and always happy about the prices versus local auto stores except for shipping costs. Well I broke my radiator and tried these guys for flat rate. I ended up paying for 2 day shipping but they haven't shipped and it's been 4 days now! F' ing really? You think a customer that paid expedited shipping might need that radiator? Customer service is a "y" oke if you can reach. With a capital Mexican "J " still dont understand why I cannot get a refund considering they haven't shipped it. Leave that up to my amex... just one of these companies that I should have read the reviews first
It almost seems like they're running some kind of scam... They list hard to find parts as "usually ships in 2 business days" or something similar, so you happily order. Several days/weeks/months later (was different time frame every time I tried ordering from them) they notify you that the parts are not available and cancel your order and refund your money. Is this how they keep a high working capital? Are they running a Madeoff scam? Or are they just completely incompetent? I think it isn't worth trying to use them, because you will not have the part you wanted, and an opportunity to get it elsewhere may be gone by the time they "cancel" your order as well...

Coincidentally had issues with the only two orders I've placed with AutohausAZ. First one my order was missing parts and I had to argue back and fourth about something as simple as an individual piece vs being sold as a set. Black and white. Second order I needed urgently and paid for express shipping - it was then sent at with standard worldwide economy which UPS confirmed as they don't offer express from USA to my country. I am still waiting weeks later for a simple acknowledgement let alone a resolution for the extra $40-50 it cost for the shipping method which wasn't used. Not good enough.
Gave 2 stars since my did receive my part that was ordered. Only, I am very annoyed that it is an act of congress to get in touch with customer service. The online request was filled out 4-5 times. I received no response. I took the chance and ordered my parts and only then did I get an angry email about the order I placed and paid $~48.00 for expedited shipping but still waited 5 days. What is that? I have sent more emails about this issue and have not gotten a response. Do FCP Euro instead. At least they answer abba actually care about the customer. I welcome their call and emails to rectify this issue.

The was only 62 $. Nothing that came with it was returned. Then I buy the right part from them and can't get free shipping or my money back... I ordered two headlights for a BMW 135i from Autohausaz at a total cost of $630. I received the left (drivers) side. Never received the right (passenger) side. I emailed and called customer service countless times without a single response. I had to buy a pair (they only sold them in pairs) or headlights from another vendor. I am going to initiate a dispute with the credit card company. This is supposed to be a legit company, but you can't prove it by me.

Ordered part online and paid the flat delivery fee. Inadvertently did not realize part did not come with grommets to secure part. The grommets would cost $1.58 plus another flat rate of $7.99. I called and explained it was my mistake, but I did live less than 5 miles of his store. He flatly refused any compromise e.g. putting it in an envelope with a stamp or even a will call pickup. NO and NO, they have a flat rate shipping policy, yadda, yadda or otherwise we want your money.
I ordered rotors on their site as their description of what I needed. The rotors that I ordered were wrong when I received them. I ordered them on their site with their description. Now they want me to pay for shipping back. Spoke to Aaron who was less than helpful. NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered the wrong part, But trying to do a return, or contact has been very disappointing. It has been weeks now since I have been seeking guidance from AutohausAZ on how to do the return and receive a refund. I get a generiac reply that they will look into it and respond. Communication is very poor, customer service appears non existent, and good luck trying to get a refund. Hope these deficiencies in service get rectified, as I'd like to give them the benefit of doubt.

The main reason I shop at autohaus AZ is that they carry real and official OEM parts and not aftermarket parts. The worst part about buying auto parts is never knowing what you are truly going to get. I have received parts that are obviously used probably from a stolen car on illegal website in the past. Never on autohaus as this is a legit company. Only buy OEM parts for you car.
