Bad experience. Ordered parts 010715. Shipping label created on 010815. They say it left their warehouse, that UPS forgot to scan package. For three days? I don't believe so. It is now 011015, package still doesn't show up on UPS or USPS. Paul wrote the name down wrong. I am told the visa card would have displayed correct spelling. He blamed me for choosing surface mail. Really. They are in Tempe, I am in Southern Utah. Should've been here by now. Should've showed up on tracking.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered 10 spark plugs they sent me 6 of the wrong brand. Good luck getting in touch with them. I have used their system to reach them and no response! They tell you to please call them in the email they send you, but when you call they tell you to just go to their website and fill out a form for them to reach back to you? BS!
I rebuild/restore at least six import cars per year, typically from ground zero up, and consistently use AutohausAZ for parts and pricing. No problems with shipping or customer service in the past, and have contacted them often for part clarification and description/fit. I highly recommend AutohausAZ as a parts supplier. Seems they have several items on backorder from time to time, but I think that applies to all part warehouses. Not sure what problems others are having with negative reviews, but that just hasn't been my experience... and I order a lot of parts.
Ive ordered from them 3 times already in the past month and each time was smooth and easy parts came fast only one order was delayed but was UPS fault only by a day! All parts are exactly as shown on website all oem as i had ordered and their prices are affordable youll pay double or triple at other oem stores what you pay at Autohausaz.com

The part I received is not the same part pictured on their website and pictured on my invoice. I tried to call the customer service number but they stated that they are not responding to calls. They suggested an email to customer Service but they have not responded to that either. Never going to business with them again.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping got the part in 6 days. Customer service rep basic told me "sorry" and refused to refund even the shipping cost difference between 2 day and regular shipping. His excuse was the weekend(six days minus 2 is still 4 days not 2!) and said he cant control the shipper. Seems they did fine "controlling" the extra cash i paid for 2 day. By the way the weekend that he claimed didnt count as business days I tracked the package movement on sat and sunday so that excuse was a lie. NOT RECOMMENDED!
If possible, go with another company. The shipping process is a joke. One would think with the advancements in technology, they would be able to get item shipped sooner. Oh and the customer service matches the shipping. Ordered same part from another company 3 days after i ordered from autohaus and it still arrived 2 days before the original order from these knuckle daggers.
Web site posts a part. I place the order. Three days later they cancel my order. Yet 5 days later that same part is still posted as available on their site. I wish I would have saw these reviews before I took the plunge.
After putting order in to exact specifications, part came, but wrong part, so. Called up, Edward answered, didn't care about prob saying my fault for ordering wrong part!¡! That have to send back in box came, if box is ripped, 15% restocking fee, when reviewed, then only then to be considered for reimbursement, but have to send back with outer box around the box it came in! Otherwise no return of payment for said product,! Wth! Worst experience with ordering anything in my life, they care not! I highly suggest anyone go somewhere else! Litteraly robbery! And laugh at when u try to resolve the problem, UNPROFESSIONABLE people ever dealt with! People go elsewhere
The main reason I shop at autohaus AZ is that they carry real and official OEM parts and not aftermarket parts. The worst part about buying auto parts is never knowing what you are truly going to get. I have received parts that are obviously used probably from a stolen car on illegal website in the past. Never on autohaus as this is a legit company. Only buy OEM parts for you car.
Lazy cusotmer service staff (Timothy in this case). Was just shipped an injector and I was asking what all the numbers meant in terms of coding to the ECU. Didn't care couldn't be bothered. I also asked about the T junction for the return leak lines...he just sent me the parts look up link! No effort at all.
Fast delivery and good price for an OEM item. Best of all, the part was packaged securely in recyclable wrapping paper - no plastics, peanuts or air pillows. Definitely my go-to parts outlet from now on.

I asked if they had any information with the delivery company that i might not be able to see, as to when the package might move (shippment was on hold) the response "we have no control over DHL, nor are we able to force them to deliver your package"

Ordered a part ($65) on Sunday with UPS delivery figuring it would ship on Monday and I'd have it by Friday. Fedex Ground has it there in 4 days max. Then on Tues UPS informed me I won't have the part until the following Wed. Why? Because these cheapskates - who I paid $13 for a UPS delivery - use the USPS for the "last leg" of the delivery. On Wed I asked them for some help since I needed the part BY Mon. All I got back was "we did everything you said and the USPS is there in the UPS shipping info - yeah sure in 4 point font. In the interim I called the 4 TIMES only to be put on hold. They called back once last Monday and left a message. I never spoke with anyone there. They never made any effort to help me solve my problem by offering me am immediate replacement and a return of the part coming next Wed. Stay away - they suck.
Ordered a part for my bmw on Saturday (3/5) and paid for expedited shipping so it would get to me the next week by Thursday. Per the website it says that some orders will take 1 business day to process. I waited until Tuesday evening to reach out to their customer service representative and "Timothy" informed me that the item is still processing and will ship out the next day (Wednesday) and I should receive the order as expected (by Thursday). Wednesday comes along and I reached out again for shipping info and they informed me that the order is still "processing" so i asked to speak with a manager and no one could tell me why my order that was placed over the weekend is still processing three days into the week. Thursday morning comes around and I reached out again and another representative told me that the order is still processing and I should have it Friday. I reached out that evening and I still had no shipping information or anything so i asked again to speak with a manager and all of a sudden " Mike Gallo" responded back saying that their warehouse does not have the product anymore and it's no longer in stock. When i placed the order the item was in stock and available to ship. Very bad place to do business with and I will be reporting to the Business Bureau about the false/misleading products placed on their website to scam/con customers.

I ordered what was shown on the site as a "Jaguar headlight" lens replacement. Rather than sending me that part, Autohaus sent a BMW lens cover, that absolutely does not fit my car.
I started on or about September 14 trying to return the part. I called 6 times during the next 7 days. There is no extension shown, so I dialed the operator leaving a message to return my call. It never happened.
I filled out at least 3 email requests for a return mailing slip leaving all details and information on this order. I got one return email saying follow their very obscure return process. Nothing ever happens. No mailing slip, no instructions, no return or refunding instructions, but instead a note saying that they do not carry a part for Jaguar.
After a frustratingly long time, I canceled the sale through my credit card. I still have the part in the original box but there is a 30-day limitation to return a part from the day it was ordered. Since my order was placed about 2 weeks earlier, I am afraid that not getting this processed in the requisit period of time will void their return responsibility.
These people are like ghosts, they have no live presence, no humans to speak to, no persons to return your calls, and apparently, no one to send out return mailing slips.

Answer their phones.
Answer their email. Answer the internet return instructions.
Post a correct operative phone number online.
Show that they have received my request for a proper mailing label.
Stop accepting orders for parts they do not have or carry in stock.
Start responding to calls for help.
Do not change order part numbers or information merely to put something in the mail.
Extend the return refund time beyond "30 days from the purchase date" if they cannot correspond

In short: They care more about play detective "pikachu" on "fraud" protection of their own company than shipping your item that you paid for. Also dont trust their online store item availability status.
In full story: Ordered coils for my M3 online without any issues. Paid for expedited shipping. Get an email next hour saying my credit card has "insufficient funds". After dialing their "customer service" number all of the voice recordings say that I should EMAIL or leave a VM while waiting for next customer service rep for 13 minutes. Person on the phone tells me that my order is in fraud state since my shipping address is registered to someone else and so is my cell phone number which I had for past 10 years. But they will work on it. Never heard back
Called again same day, another 16 minutes on the wait line, new rep tells me now they are having issues with my Credit Card and asks me to provide a phone number on the back of the card. Huh? And tells me he will call me back ASAP. Called my CC and asked them about the transaction and they said it got accepted same day I paid. Never heard back from these Clowns at AutoHausAZ until next day where I got email that they are "out of stock" so my order is canceled! So 2 days and lots of headache and they did not have any in stock. After email I went online and their website for that part says they still have in stock.
Word to AutoHausAZ:
If you are going to play detective "pikachu", please make sure you have proper, up to date records and have your lazy reps call back to customer to clarify any suspicion of fraud ASAP and not limbo order.
NEVER, NEVER AGAIN, Nothing but thieves in my opinion. I placed an order and when it arrived the part did not fit, I called and asked for an RMA and wanted to reorder the correct part. I asked if I could include my original part with the return so they could be sure I was reordering the correct part and was told NO.
I completed the return as company directives including insurance. About a week later I received an email stating the return was complete. The original purchase of $31.65 was being issued a credit of $19.70 WHAT almost 40% less than original. Even with a restocking fee if there was one never should be 40% maybe 10-15% tops. I WOULD SUGGESTDOING YOUR BUSINESS ELKSEWHERE,
Parts ordered fit without any issues. Will order again. Website easy to find parts as well! Shipping prices on the high side.

I am sorry you were not able to get the correct part. I am not sure where the part was shown as a Jaguar headlight lens on our website, as the part is labeled with a BMW part number and the page for the part number clearly shows that it only fits BMW models. We also offer a tool on our site to check the correct fitment. This tool would have shown you that the part doesn't fit a Jaguar. However, as a courtesy to you, we sent you a shipping label to return the part to us for a refund.
