2 hours ago, I had a real bad experience in dealing with one of the employees. Being very upset I left a bad review but the owner jumped on it and has agreed to resolve it in amicable manner. Bill assured me the employee could have handled better and that's all I was hoping for. Was I pushy? Of course I was, who isn't when shopping for a car but Bill himself suggested how the employee should've handled the situation and I fully agree with the final outcome. Kudos to Bill for being proactive and resolving the issue.
