Automoves helped deliver my Tesla Model X from Vancouver, BC to Toronto, ON. I chose the enclosed shipping option and got the vehicle across in 9 days. Automoves quote came in $200.00 less than TFX and service was faster as well. My only complaint is I wish I could pay with Amex, but that was not an option. The service itself was excellent.

Pick-up of our vehicles was delayed for a few hours by a mechanical issue with the truck, but the driver updated us several times while it was serviced. He was courteous and professional during pick-up and delivery. All in all, it was a positive experience!

I booked my transport through Automoves website and after chatting with Mark and few email exchanges with Ruta we made arrangements for door to door delivery. The driver showed up as promised, competed vehicle inspection and provided me with a copy of my bill of lading. I could do the payment online via etransfer after my vehicle departed. Very straightforward transaction!

These ppl are fraud their lied about the service they can provide for ppl... once your vehicle is on their hand ur pretty much screw cause thier won't answer phone and ur car won't get to the destination on time I've been calling and writing to these ppl for the last week wanting to kno whwre my vehicle is and its been a Rollercoaster

I almost fell prey to the automoves scam I contacted them to move my car, and everything seemed good until I tried to drop it off. At the wrong address that had been wrong for a couple years. When I got to the right address (after contacting the warehouse directly because they wouldn't pick up), the warehouse seemed very confused. There was no paperwork, no details, nothing. I had to catch a plane, so I very reluctantly left my car there, and the situation was so sketchy I decided to research the company more. Found some reviews, and realised if I ever wanted to see my car in time or in good shape it would be best to ditch automoves. Which I did and found a good company - any other company is better. Then when I let them know I'm not going with that company, they claim I owe $500 and will not release the vehicle until I pay. What a complete and total joke. I've already spoken to the warehouse, that company is not a company, it's a scam.

I shipped my oversized truck to Moncton, New Brunswick with Automoves Vancouver office. I chose to drive my vehicle down from Victoria to save some money even though that pick up option was available. 2 weeks and my truck was back on East Coast. I was even able to to pack my tools in the back.

Recently shipped my car with this company from BC to Ontario and couldn't be more pleased! Dropped off at their Vancouver terminal in the morning, and they shipped out the same day, as promised. From there, I was given updates upon request, which is very convenient. Questions - It's best to send an email, they answer them much quicker. I told them that couldn't pick up my car upon arrival. No problemo! They said they would hold the car until the date I was available. Need someone else to grab the car? No problemo! They asked for the person's full name and everything went smoothly. This company is a scam. I worked and know andy very well he has many companies operating under different names all using his scamming operations. He will take your money and your stuff will be stolen wheather it is furniture or cars. Anyways u can find him at 2105 royal Windsor drive mississauga he uses this place as a cover. If you had your stuff stolen go see the Russian inside the shop he apparently wants nothing to do with all the stolen goods there. All working together. They hide the furniture and stuff inside the stolen cars. Goodluck finding him he's a quick one.

Had to move my Ford Mustang across country during a military PCS from Alberta to Ontario, while I drove our second car. Mark from Toronto office set up the move, the drivers were prompt and professional, and the car basically beat us across the country, which meant I could take delivery the day after we arrived. No damage or other issues with the car or the delivery. Will likely use the service again during my next PCS.

I shipped a Jeep from Prince George, BC to Ottawa. What I thought would be several weeks getting on a carrier because of the remote location happened within 3 days and the jeep was delivered 10 days after pickup.
