I will never use AUTOPLICITY again! Nowhere in their website do they mention 30% restocking fee but they withheld from my refund after I accidentally ordered the wrong part. I emailed them within minutes of ordering and they chose to ignore my emails and shipped it out. There are WAY better sellers out there, don't waste your time with these clowns.

I found exactly what I was looking for. Product shipped very quickly. They have the best services and prices for automotive supplies. And very easy navigation of website. Will definitely order again from them.

Ordered from this website and that was a big mistake. Prop arrived was not what I ordered, no hub kit included. Product description says nothing about hub kit not included the prop wasn't even the right material. When I called to sort it out I waited 15 mins on hold just so they could hang up. I called back and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and clearly hates her job. She ends up basically telling me she doesn't care sets up a return and hung up. I would not recommend this site or any of there products.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product - my bad - but now I have to pay for the original shipping cost, the new shipping cost (that's reasonable), and a $25 dollar "restocking" fee. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Tip for consumers:
When I returned my shipment because I ordered the wrong parts, they charged me 40% of the total order as I had to pay for the original and new shipping costs as well as a $25 "restocking" fee. There was nothing wrong with the product, but the cost of returning anything to them is ridiculous.

Ordered two coating items online and noticed after confirming that the order on one of the coatings was incorrect. I immediately sent an email to cancel order - Next morning I called Atoplicity and spoke with representative and she assured me the order would be cancelled. Nope, they shipped it later that day. Sent several emails stating that order was incorrect and I would be forced to return item. Received email stating "order had shipped". Item arrived and called Autoplicity for return number. Agent stated that "we have no emails or phone logs indicating you contacted Autoplicity. I'm now stuck with return shipping fee's and 20% re-stocking fees. Will never order again from Autoplicity. They use an India answering company to handle returns. Beware..

I ordered a motorcycle parts which was advertised with a delivery date of about 7-10 days. They took the $342 of of my account. Then I receive an email that due to the import problems I wouldn't receive it for over 3 months because it was going to be sent directly from the manufacturer.
That was unacceptable to me so I cancelled the order on April 10.
After 16 days of not receiving the refund, I called and customer service said that I MAY get money back by the end of the week. I asked what would happen if that didn't happen and I was informed that they would "cross that bridge when we get to it".
I did receive the refund on April 29; 19 days after cancellation.
Lesson 1: don't believe the "in stock" on the ad. They will take your money and then drop the real news. Lesson 2: they are good at taking and not so good at giving back.
You have been warned.

I ordered a part on Wednesday morning paid for the over night fee of $82 I called Thursday to find out where my part was the lady on the phone said I wouldn't even get my tracking number until Friday. So Friday came got a tracking number and now my part has been lost at ups and won't be here until Monday.worst service ever will never order anything from them again.

Very very very slow and unprofessional lie about when u receive your order plus doesn't give tracking number been waiting to receive my order going on two months now when I call i get more lies please don't order from this company

I purchased a set of 4 window deflectors for my toyota at a cost of $99.55 using their vehicle format and when I got them in they were about 6 inches too long. It took me several weeks to get a return number. I sent them back and that cost me $24.55 so really I'm due a refund of $124.10 well, they kept giving me the run around until I finally got to talk to someone on 9/21/23 and he explained that they charged me a shipping fee and a restocking fee even though they were the ones who made the mistake. Long story short, I got a refund of $23.43 so I lost $100.67 messing with these people. So buyer beware of these people because they like your money and once they get it you won't get it back...

I ordered a alternator it was packaged very poorly box was damaged cuz cheap box and part was not wrapped inside also causing the part to get damage. Also paid $53.00 for 2 day air and received it 7 days later tied to call the company can't get thru and messenger nothing

I tried contacting autoplicity 4 times by phone. I followed all of the prompts that were supposed to get me in touch with someone best qualified to help me resolve my issue. Once I finally get through all the Prompts I was put on hold for a few minutes when I finally got someone on the phone they asked me for my order number and what the problem was so I told them then I was told. She said I'm going to be put on hold. All 4 times I called this happened. All 4 times I called someone hung up on me after I was placed on hold floor 10+ mins. Not to mention the woman that answered the phone should not have been answering phones. She was not polite or helpful. I buy car parts and tools all the time. I will NEVER buy another car part or tool from autoplicity. I'm also going to tell everyone I know about my experience and how they should never use autoplicity.

Turn back why you still can this company will lie to you about shipping. First it says free shipping then it's 999 shipping and then I pay for shipping and the company lies to you saying it's shipped when in fact I called FedEx with the tracking number they provided and FedEx tells me all they did was create a label and they don't even have my package. So I demand a full refund one lady was rude hung up on me the other lady wouldn't give me a refund tells me what I was talking about didn't matter. Then I called back an hour later and she tells me they've already shipped it and now I have to pay for shipping run why you still can do not use this company there lier's and thieves. If there was a no star I would leave them no stars there was a negative I'd give negative 10

I ordered a life jacket from them on Amazon. I paid $32.58 for it. It was advertised as "adult extra large". When I got it was too small. I returned it. They only refunded me $5.00. I called them and they said they have "a restocking fee and a labeling fee." They would not refund me the $27.58. I recommend NOT buying anything from this company.

Ordered the Arnott C-3185 kit which was stated to be in stock (still is). After 9 days of pending order, I got it cancelled because they couldn't fulfill my order. Got my money back minus $56, due to exhange rate, which I seem to have lost.
Ordered from RockAuto which sent the kit the same day and two days later it's in my country.
That's service!

Ordered 6 same oil filters, got fuel pump and invoice for 6 oil filters, called customer service was told to wait for the remaining 5 fuel pumps which I didn't order and she would look into it, called customer service again was told a return label would be sent along with the oil filters, got label which I used to return the fuel pump and received a box with 1 oil filter and a invoice for 6 filters, that's where it's stands right now after nearly 3 months

Tried to inquire about the color/finishes of these rotors prior to ordering them being they're over $1200 for a set and the representative that answered was extremely rude and less than helpful. He stated that if they were incorrect and wrong color but they "fit the application," I'd be stuck with them and they wouldn't return them. I asked repeated for a serious explanation to his outlandish remarks and to my surprise, he was dead serious! I was mindblown.I will NEVER purchase anything from them.

The customer is the worse in any type of business i ordered a part and it said when I order it that it would take 3 weeks or more. They said they tried contacting me but when the emailed me it just said they are cancelling my order and i call them and they had already cancel the order big waste of time with this company would never recommend this company not even my enemy i wish no one waste any of your time with them. I found part with J&P cycle cheaper and free 2 day shipping.

I ordered a cable through Autoplicity's website and had nothing but trouble right from the beginning. When I called after 3 days to get a tracking number, the representative was rude and cancelled my order. When I called back the next day (after several attempts to get through-very limited hours to speak to a representative) I was told by the same representatives that she didn't mean to cancel it and that it would be re sent, but that it would take 3-4 weeks to ship out because it had to come from the manufacture. Their website still showed 1 in stock and that it could be shipped immediately. She said I could call back and get a tracking number in 3 weeks when they had one to give to me. Called a week later since my order still showed returned and spoke to a supervisor who couldn't make it shop faster, but assured me it was still on order. Received the order 30 days after I purchased it but it was the wrong cord. Horrible company to work with. Will never do business with them again

Several agents on several calls and many more emails, refused to start a warranty claim with Vemo as required by most manufacturers including Vemo. I wasn't asking for a refund, a credit, or an exchange. I just wanted to start a 2-year warranty claim on a 5-week-old failed washer pump and they simply wouldn't do it. Dawn M. At Autoplicity even went as far as to write, "that warranty claim does not apply to our website." What? Really? Warranty claims don't apply to your website? I've attached the email. Unbelievable. Avoid Autoplicity unless you don't mind not being able to make a manufacturer warranty claim. Shop with PartsGeek or CarID... anybody but Autoplicity!

Tip for consumers:
Autoplicity will not help, honor, or start a manufacturer warranty even though they are required to do so by their own agreement with the manufacturer. Avoid Autoplicity at all cost.

Products used:
I ordered a much less expensive pump from Amazon that is working great and Amazon offers a 90-day return policy in addition the manufacturer warranty.

I placed an order on Memorial day and cancelled the next day early am. It could not of been processed as they were not open on Memorial day or at the time I called.
I emailed them same day explaining my error in the order and told them not to ship.
I called (before they opened) same day and left a message with the order number, date it was ordered and reason for the cancellation and telling them to cancel the order and not to ship.
They still shipped the order.
Now I have been trying for nearly a month to get my money back.
All I get are emails saying they will refund the money.

My advice to Autoplicy... Go to an Amazon CS school

I ordered 2 tires from Autoplicity. Their website said the had at least 10 in stock. My order was cancelled and money was refunded for lack of stock. I had to call and try to find out the status of my order. I received no e-mail notifying me of the cancellation. It was not until I called, was I notified of the cancellation and refund, meanwhile I was waiting for my tires.

Shipping is a total $#*! show, and that's that they use Fed ex. They lost 2 items had to wait a week for a refund and had to order again now I'm waiting on the next shipment which is showing no activity in a week on FedEx's website. And I paid for 2 day shipping going on a week now

I ordered a part I needed asap with $18 two day shipping. Autoplicity shipped my part with standard ground shipping and it was going to take 6 days to arrive. I called them and they confirmed it was shipped wrong. I asked if they could ship out another one expedited since I needed the part asap. They could not help me, they told me to refuse shipment and I would get a refund. Then after they get the part back and numerous phone calls they told me they do not give out full refunds. I asked for a supervisor and finally they agreed to refund my money. Terrible service and a terrible company. Not a single apology for messing up my shipment and every service person I talked to was somewhat rude. Definitely think twice before ordering from this outfit.

Ordered two separate sets of Macs auto tie down straps. Received shipping conf. On first order. When order arrived it wasn't tie Dow's but a fire ext mounting bracket.
Called and customer service said they would send RA and they did. Also said credit my account but haven't seen anything as of yet.
Second order I have no idea what's going on.
Customer service said that my order was cancelled but nothing in writing. Customer service said they would credit account but haven't seen that either.
Stay away. Do not use them. Many other options out there. My loss your gain.

We ordered a part of this website. We received the part quickly, however it did not resemble the picture their website had for this part number so we thought we were ordering what we saw, not what we actually received. Would not allow return or return for credit to purchase the correct item.

Absolutely DO NOT order ANYTHING from the. Or even from Amazon. Amazon has been absolutely NO help trying to get our money back. We ordered a bumper for a pickup truck and got sent a fuel tank. Now they want us to send them back before they refund my son's money.
