I will never use AUTOPLICITY again! Nowhere in their website do they mention 30% restocking fee but they withheld from my refund after I accidentally ordered the wrong part. I emailed them within minutes of ordering and they chose to ignore my emails and shipped it out. There are WAY better sellers out there, don't waste your time with these clowns.

Made a purchase... so i thought. Didnt go in. Go figure, stuff happens right? Went and made a second attempt, it turns out it set it up for next day air shipping. Went in and "cancelled" the order. Only to be emailed both orders went in. The cancellation policy doesnt apply until 48 hours beyond the request and only business hours. Mean while i received a confirmation the orders shipped on a sunday? But office is not open and cannot cancel any orders, now stuck with a $90 next day air charge and a second duplicate order as well. Their customer service says screw you their system is infoulable and freight is not refundable... two purchases back to back invoices? Doest throw up red flags? Absolutely will never use this company or recommend to anyone. Will be my new hobby cutting them down.

Tip for consumers:
dont use the website, do not recommend use of this company at all.

It's gotten worse, I reordered and used paid for 2nd day FedEx... They screwed up again and marked it Weekday Delivery.
I told them that FedEx delivered to me on weekends and service my area weekends with 2 day deliveries.
Their shipping IS NOT at all reliable, stick with who you know not them

Have tried twice to buy a battery from them. They give a good price and then dont ship the item. They do give a delivery verification email that says they are not shipping the item yet. They send another email about a week later saying that the item that had -Over 10 available- was not in stock. Then if you say you will wait, they will eventually send an email saying that an added delivery of $150 for an 80lb package or two 40 lb packages actually will be necessary to complete the order.
I am sure this company is a kiting scheme or some other accounting scheme to launder money. The only good reviews are for small items like tire shine, or other polishes and brick a brack. On the important parts items they will ultimately disappoint you every time. I think its in their mission statement.
Wound up buying the same part from amazone for the same price, and wont have to pay for fraudulent Freight shipping.

I had ordered a pair of tires with the delivery date being January 4, I have been following up daily to get updates but still see the same response that still sitting at location waiting for FedEx to pick up the tires. I very much doubt FedEx is too busy for this pick up.

I Purchased a bull bar for my car. The Autoplicity Co. Told me it takes two days to ship the item. Then they told me it takes two months to get it. I canceled the order and I can't get my money back. They told me that order was canceled that's not true. I called PayPal and told them what's going on. PayPal opened the dispute on that company. I don't recommend to buy anything from Autoplicity.

I recently bought an exhaust pipe. I didn't fit my car. So I returned it in the same condition as I bought it. With the labels in the same place and the cardboard still on it and they would not give me back by my whole refund. Saying it was damaged when it wasn't even used or opened.

I ordered six cans undrcoating. These thieves only sent me two cans. When I called them, all the fools at costumer service they sent me back to each other for two hours. When I sent the e-mail they never wrote back. Really do not buy from them because you would damage your health and nerves

Purchased 3 items for over $330.00. One of the Items had to be returned. First request for an RMA, they did not respond to. Second request they required pictures... even though I told them they were new in the package... and they said they did not receive the pictures. The third request they got the pictures, but I had to write over and over requesting the RMA. The 4th week, they said I would have my refund in my account in 1-3 days. Seven business days later, I filed with PayPal and amazingly, they finally credited my account... Over 4 weeks later. BEWARE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! They also do business in the name of Cycleplicity.com.

Needed a new radiator. Used Autoplicity's fitment feature on their website, entering year, make, model and displacement of my car. The fitment returned the stock number of the item to order, so I ordered it. Cost a little over $160. Radiator arrived, but when I tried to install it, it didn't fit. Mounting holes did not line up with the holes in the vehicle's frame. Called Autoplicity to request a return. Customer service told me that if the item has been installed, or if it was attempted to be installed, or if all of the original packaging and information was not with the item, the return would be refused. More bad news, Autoplicity (dba TH Motorsports) would not pay the return shipping. I got quotes from three different carriers and the cheapest was $142. So through no fault of my own, I have to spend $142 to MAYBE get back my $160, even though the error was not mine. Pretty austere return policy. Had I ordered this on my Amazon Prime account, they would have paid the return shipping and sent me the correct replacement radiator. There's a reason why customers shop the well known online stores like Amazon and Walmart. So, Autoplicity burned me once, but they will never get a chance to do it again. This was their one and only sale to me. Oh, and if you should have to talk to Autoplicity's customer service people, don't expect to get any warm fuzzies from the CSR's.

Purchased and installed 4 new tires (Nokian Z-line) after only 300 miles right rear (!) developed huge bubble, no impact whatsoever, clearly manufacturing defect (they are made in Russia...) Autoplicity refused to replace under warranty...

I ordered a camber alignment shim for the FRONT of my v1500 and was sent a shim for the rear. The picture that was in the ad on amazon was correct but the part I rec. Was not it. No return info enclosed and can't get any satisfaction on their website. This company sucks!

Ordered for one truck and was sent parts that weren't even for my truck but for older model than mine. Then when I returned I wasnt even refunded what i paid for the parts. I was charged crazy money for ordering and returning something that wasnt even for my truck. Never will do business with this company again. Will tell everyone I know not to do business with this company. Would give negative stars if I could. HORRIBLE AND A RIPOFF

I ordered 3x 1 gal jugs of oil from autoplicity.com. They sent me 3x quart bottles. I called them the next morning, and the customer service rep said he'd check with the warehouse and I'd get an email at the end of the day. At the end of the day, I got no email, so I called again. The rep said that he still hadn't heard back from the warehouse. I called at noon the next day and the same rep said he was still working on it and I would for sure hear something back before the end of that day. Of course, I received nothing. So, here I am stuck with 3 qts of oil and need an oil change. Absolutely unacceptable.

They company didn't file a return on my Behalf, which they fully charged me for the product, but I never got. 9 months I have been trying to get my funds backs are no help from them.

3 weeks never got part. Called and used text app talked to over 10 people no answers. Could not even cancel order had to cancel with credit card company.

I placed online order with AUTOPLICITY.Com with two day delivery by paying huge shipping cost. Guess what, they messed up my order and shipped via Ground Fedex, which estimated delivery after 7 days. It's now passed two weeks and neither FedEx nor AUTOPLICITY helping me and I end up with RUDE CUSTOMER service experience with both of them. Now AUTOPLICITY is telling me their contract with FedEx is to wait 15 more days when package tracing is requested. I asked them to ship me replacement item and they deal with FedEx, as why do I have to suffer for their mistake in first place. They will not make replacement shipment and when I said this will be my first and last order with them - but they don't care. Which now forced me to post negative reviews on them. Please stay away ordering from AUTOPLICITY either on their website, eBay or Amazon stores.

This is horrible, I purchased some Spyder Headlights for my R35 GTR and they did not function, the high beams never worked. I sent pics to autoplicity they kept stringing me on for weeks and now they are telling me they can't get Spyder to replace them therefore after over a month they are telling me to replace them and send them back. Therefore I have to buy another set of OEM and mail back the DIC code causing Spyder Headlights. The high beams do not function at all. Thank you for nothing autoplicity.

I made a purchase for 2001 Astro Wheel bearings (2). This purchase was made 12/20/14. On 12/22/14 I received the statement there was an error in inventory and the parts were not in stock. The e-mail had asked me how to proceed but, a check of my bank account showed that the money was already gone. I have since canceled my order. Which took a week in of it self; officially canceled 12/29/14. I had to get my card company involved to even get a response. As of 12/31/14, have not received money back; card company has not received response/credit authorization/return. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Do yourself a favor before you order. Look at Better Business Bureau ratings. In fact this company has been kicked out of the BBE membership
They have no clue, I am seriously questioning how they got good reviews here. My guess there paid for. You don't get booted from BBE and have this high of reviews. STOP NOW BUY ELSEWHERE

With 'fitment guarantee' listed (not defined … wish I looked first) the part I purchased does not actually fit though the site says is does. I've told them it doesn't and a week later it still says it does...?
Will not cover my expense from wasted time at mechanic (diesel no less) to attempt installation of a part that had 0 hope of fitting. I'm out $750 to date and looking at their return policy, they may ding me more... TBD.
There mistake and my cost... beware! Check everything. They are not to believed as far as I'm concerned.

Matches my experience. Part didn't fit and I'm stuck with $750 labor bill on a lie about fitment from there website.
Suck.

Check everything.
Verify fit with vendor and not Autoplicity. They get it wrong and you get stiffed with the bill if you don't take the extra step to make sure they have it right.

Products used:
Unusable - website errors on fitment resulted in mechanic service charges. Part did NOT fit. Website did then and still does say it will fit even though I've pointed out it does not.
Titan tank has also looked at the site and agrees with me. Deceptive so beware.....

This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with the customer service was like a twelve-year-old running to her dad for answers every time I called they would give me a different story item was shipped and then it never showed up I called back and they said that the manufacturer no longer carries a part that I ordered so I question why did you send me an email that said the order was shipped two days ago and I'll be receiving it at a certain date then suddenly the order was canceled by autoplicity because supposedly Panda no longer manufactures the part I was ordered worst company ever to deal with I will never order from them again doors are smart you won't either

If they were on fire I wouldn't piss on em to put them out!
This is BY FAR the WORST experience I have had with a company in 25 years. They keep your money EVEN after they acknowledge the returned item and NO ONE in that organization knows what the hell they are doing.
Run... RUN FAR... RUN FAST... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN... to get away from these unethical non business people!

Worst company to ever work with. Spent 5 hours working on a refund for a product I never received.

They would not provide the refund until I retracted my Amazon claim so that the BS customer service did not negatively impact them.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Don't purchase anything from this company. I ordered the wrong item. Once I returned it they took forever to issue a refund. Once I received my refund I only got 40% of what I paid. What a scam
